Greenbee you in Norfolk at all over xmas think we are going at New Year xx
    I am :D

Looks like I missed the bit on the card list about sending ecards :o oops

zoe - give your 2 a hugs for helping, they sound like little stars

Triker - well done on not purchasing today! although I think its more the size of a witches cauldron than a casserole dish

carlsberg - hope DD sorts the XFIL stuff. As for DS, be proud, it is worrying for you I am sure but I am so proud of all our troops both home and abroad

lilme - enjoy your very own tooti frooti

soappie - what is it with you and the rain :rotfl:

Piggers - you should have had the chocolate yourself, I find it very calming among other things :D

Boddy - Hope they find mums necklace, I wwould be livid. When my gran passed away I was given her wedding ring and someone elses engagement ring as hers had gone missing. I was furious that they could give me someone elses and try and pass it off as hers. I sent it back as even though we were without hers the other one wold have been special to someone else. I cant believe what they do in homes and hospitals sometimes.

Jill - DS is really sweet with his letter

    Right where did today go.

Did all the running round, went in to work for 2 hours and cleared a load of emails. So glad I stayed that long as while I was there a lovely basket of Christmas flowers were delivered for me which I was able to bring home. Talk about coincidence, just have to find out who theyre from now :rotfl:
Had my treatment which was uncomfortable today as the line got blocked so hand is sore but not unbearable. Then had 3 hours on the sofa pushing ZZZZZZZZZZ's up, looks like I wont be able to sleep again tonight now :p.

Flying has consisted of putting the dishwasher on that I forgot to do last night and washing up a few lunchboxes flasks etc. Not doing anymore tonight as I have to get up early again tomorrow for the school run and then I have the day to myself :T.

    See you all tomorrow
Mortgage, we're getting there with the end in sight £6587 07/23, otherwise free of the debt thanks to MSE help!
  • Thanks kaz - I do worry soooo much about DS, it would be a strange mum who didn't but it's the life he has chosen and am so very very proud of our boys and girls in all the forces

    Good evening all

Only a quick post tonight, to update my list and plan for tomorrow. Not much done tonight. I had a short nap after work and woke up feeling lousy. DS2 has a cold and it's either that, the lack of sleep last night, or both. So the aim tonight is to get the flylady cards ready for posting and do my amazon order (need white balloons for next week for work - long story) and be in bed by 11pm (I know, I've said this before :o).

    Wednesday's 'must try to do's':
    WM x 2
    DW x 1
TD x as many as needed to finish drying stuff
Christmas shopping cancelled, due to DS2's cold. Didn't want to leave him with pregnant friend
sort amazon order and source cellophane/sugar crystals for reindeer food
finish lists of presents bought/still needed in case I go shopping
    write flylady Christmas cards
hopefully find out transfer date to DS2's new school
sort copying for clerical assistant for Thursday morning
    phone parents x2
    finish marking Y7 assessments
finalise arrangements for meeting up Thu night
give address of restaurant to German assistant
    put recycling bin out

give my beautiful birthday flowers/plants fresh water
remind DS2's teacher about Christmas card list and ask re transfer date
start DS2 on his Christmas cards
    wash hair
draw out money for hair appointment and meal on Thu
    sort tea

    Thursday - will aim to:
sort copying for clerical assistant for Thursday morning
    phone parents x2
    finish marking Y7 assessments
give my beautiful birthday flowers/plants fresh water
remind DS2's teacher about Christmas card list and thank her for sorting transfer details out so quickly (e-mail)

e-mail SENCO from DS2's old nursery - it was thanks to him that he got the support he needed
    wash hair

    sort tea for family
draw out money for hair appointment and meal

hair appointment at 5pm (take DS2 with supply of toys and snacks)
be ready for lift around 7pm
    post flylady cards
take car seat to friends and install in their car

    It's possible!

    Good night.

If he's anything like my friends in the forces, he'll be keen to go. I know a number of people who are frustrated at being kept behind desks in the UK, and want to get back to Afghanistan as that's what they signed up for.

Your DS is obviously very supportive of his sisters, and a real credit to you. Make sure you enjoy his leave and don't spend too much of it either at work or worrying about DD2.

Well.. HUGE job number 9728 done...

I applied for DLA for Miss Pi$$.. hopefully we will get a little help in order to deal with her constant need for changes of clothes and new bedding... I will speak to the nurse from pi$$y clinic tomorrow and tell her to expect a call!! I'm having her a referral to urology as well as soon as she is off school and I can get a Gp appt.

kaz.. I had another heap of sweets from my tin of Roses.. I just feel greasy and icky now so will go have a wash and go to bed... tomorrow is a new day and the insanity of today will pale into insignificance as I have to go sign the divorce papers.. with 3 months bank statements and I cannot for love nor money find the mortgage statement!

Fax forms to Denmark (need international code & working fax first)
Poundland for Santa bits (if DH home early enough – still not home..)
Select photos from photoshoot & sort out sending money/orders in

    Think I'll do those tomorrow - I'm bed-bound,

    nite all

    Moam

Hi all, decluttered some more ebay stuff :j.

In a funny mood, feel a bit detached from everything really, like a turbo charged CBA'd. Humph.

Anyways, Piggers, wow what a day, so glad the lads were ok, I understand why you were so frantic though, big hugs from me for not completely losing it and your head blowing up....:D.

AnWsMum...I do admire you, you're very unassumedly courageous about very poignant moments...:A.

    kazmeister, :rotfl:at witches cauldron comment.:D

Still all over the place about this blooming car business, what to do, what to do....

What does a mid life crisis feel like? Do women get to indulge in one?

Lease. It means it isn't your problem. Have you looked at your work Ts & Cs for this, and more importantly done the maths??

Yep, it'll be a 3 month wait for any car ordered as new.....I lose a lot financially, they get me from all angles, tax and losing essential user and mileage rate goes significantly down plus a deduction from pay dependent which model. A 3 year tie in and tons of conditions re business and personal mileage......its not selling itself to me to be honest.

Hubby of the opinion that I go for a car from a garage with some sort of warranty....that'll cost more than my budget.....arghhhh.

    Pah and meh!
