Pigpen - I have tough skin, though sometimes not? Don't understand myself so why anyone could I've no idea! Little things really really bug me but big things I can cope. !!!!!!?
DD2 doean't think his sister is stirring as she's been in the same situation as her. But who knows, it's what DD2 has to do for herself and her baby. Can understand that to a degree, I just want to stop her from hurting herself by her actions but I/we can't. Hopeless situation at times being a mum/parent. I understand that to a degree just don't want to see it happen. His dad I'm sure would want to be a part of the baby's life knowing how he is with his other grandchild, so he would have to know if he was going to be a part of the baby's life?
And faceless post - you know what I look like fromFB, and you have my hotmail account and I WOULD give you my mobile even!!!! Scary prospect LOL. This is new territory for us as my sister was living with tw£tface when he left, so was my biological father when he wasn't at sea.
She will have a lot of growing up to do and will make mistakes along the way but we love her all the more for being unperfect; does that make sense? To love and be loved is the greatest happiness of existance - Sydney Smith0 -

L-L - didn't post my cards today (sorry) as was fed up after the physio and came home for food and wine! I will post them tomorrow. This place makes me put things in perspective though... boring though it is, my problem and treatment is nothing compared to what some of you are going through, and I'm both grateful that my problems are so small and sad that so many of my friends are going through such tough times.
I've emailed HR & HSE with details of the chairs the physio recommends and done the washing up. Also clingfilmed the cake as I won't make the buttercream until Friday probably as the magimix bowl is in the DW!
I suppose I really should get on and reply to the landscaper's quote... I've been putting it off for ages0 -
Good evening everyone. :santa2:
It is a week now since I discovered this thread and I have followed the cleaning routine very closely as well as many HHCs on top and I have to say my house now is a different place to live. I would no longer be horrified if someone came to visit so I can't thank you all enough. I had created my own schedules before but that was as far as it got so what's different now? It has to be the support of everyone on this thread.
JillD, you didn't say which part your DS played but I bet he played it better than anyone ever had before and I bet he'll play it even better tomorrow. You sound like a really supportive mum and I'm sure his confidence will grow.0
