I have been looking at DD teeth. She mentioned that she had a woobly teeth although I think that she was copying her DS.

Have had a look at her 4 !!!! front teeth are a little loose but not wobbly if you see what I mean. Has any one heard of this, Plan on phoning the dentist tomorrow to see if I can see them. She will be 4 in February!!

    Good evening all,

I started well, but I think I'm still tired from the decorating yesterday. I've not achieved much since I came back from shopping at 4pm and I've think I've got a head cold on the way, so I've taken something for it straight away.

    Eat breakfast
decide what I want DSs to tidy while I'm out - they carried on with DS1's room, and it looks much better. Lots to do still, though.
    Go shopping (by myself)
take birthday card and present to friend's DH
    lots more washing and drying
put clothes away so I've got an empty basket to collect ironing for DH to do on Tuesday ;)
    get clothes ready for tomorrow
    make sausage casserole
buy 64 toilet rolls for snowman making at school (don't ask)
amazon order (MUST DO THIS TODAY)
spend 15 minutes each in kitchen, living room and bathroom, so they are usable
    school stuff

I've also made a smoothie for the kids and returned dust sheets to friends down the road.

Time to tidy the kitchen, get the washer on and tackle the rest of this list.

Will see you all on the new thread later.

Sigh, I've only got as far as p.44. I don't think I'm going to be able to catch up, sorry.

I've washed up this evening, feeling a lot perkier today than the last few days. I went to my Bible meeting on my own as DH is still struggling with his bug, and I've done lots of work on my online shop thing.

Tomorrow hopefully I will be meeting up with friends who are down here from Devon, might be seeing them Tues as well but after that I MUST get down to flying again as my house is a tip! We have run out of everything n the kitchen - we used our last two plates for dinner tonight, altho I've washed up a bit since then, and there is mess everywhere. So I really need to get it under control again

I've had two sales on ebay today, it only makes a few quid but anything is a bonus right now! :D

ETA I have just surpassed myself. Since DS and DiL moved out, I've started making puddings again when they come to Sunday Roast. I have just taken out of the oven the most delicious smelling and looking pineapple upside down cake made using fresh pineapple. It even remained intact when I tipped it out onto a plate! I'm chuffed I am, dead chuffed!

Do you have a recipe for this Soappie ?

Bizarrely, my dad asked me on Friday, if I wanted a fresh pineapple, but I said no, as I knew I wouldn't use it.
He is also struggling to use it... but if I turned it into this for him, I am sure he would use it :D

    Question..

If someone had offered to buy one of your childrens shoes.. not one shoe but one child.. BUT they would be proper fitted measured shoes would you have accepted? Or just been plain insulted?

I wanted to offer to get Jacobs shoes.. he will get cheapy crappy bad for the feet but look 'fashionable' junk shoes.. I would be slightly more polite in my offer but DS1 knows how I feel about shoes lol
piggers could you put it that "you know how expensive baby's first shoes are because they have to be measured andd fitted properly to make sure they walk properly that you would be honoured to buy jacob's" - would that work - that its usually the Grandma that buys the first shoes and in view of the shortage of her own mother etc etc?????????????
nopot2pin what about something crafty like card making or bracelet making kit - or High School Musical????
Hi Quillion thanks for asking honey i am doing ok - a bit more rested today - have you managed to sort out Christmas day plans???
AnW'sMum well done to you and Miss A on the bacg packing - and I am impressed with your step count - mine keeps falling off again!!!! Glad to be of service with my post:p:D
Mrs Chaos - well done with the painting
Pooh how lovely for you and what is she called - I am sure the dribbling will settle - its just nerves and excitement and maybe not yet used to her surroundings.
Kazm I remember the last lot of photos too:eek: Well i would gather what is in a heap in the floor and put it in a black bag - warn her first that she has a day to clear it and if not it will be binned - you could keep it somewhere out of sight - will give you time to find the earrings - and see what happens but if she doesnt bother then bin it or give the best to a charity shop - she will learn but it looks like it will have to be the hard way - what about what Holly and Dusty do - confiscate what she realy loves until her room is tidy? But i wouldnt be re-decorating if thats the things she is doing to ther walls etc - not until she asks and then on pain of 'death' if she spoils it again!
methekids (((hugs))) glad that you have managed to come back to us - I was wondering the other week where you were. you have loads on your plate but well done for getting done what you have already - you need a LIST!!!! :rotfl::rotfl: I know I know I love my lists but seriously you need to categorize what needs doing where - if your M&D are ok for now then concentrate on getting a bit of headway at your own place so you can chill over Christmas (if you get the chance) STOP thinking about what other people need doing and think about what YOU NEED for a change honey. have you got a nice neighbour or relly that would do the DW and get it out of the road if you dont feel you could do it - failing that yes get it moved - try to clear your feet so that you can move about - it doesnt matter if the downstairs loo is full of ebay stuff - you have another loo!!! IMHO you need to get M&D fully sorted so that you can start ebaying her stuff and so clear your home and feel less stressed by it - you will never get anywhere if you have to keep moving it - if you have some spare time over Christmas why not try to do a batch of her stuff - aim to mdo bulky things that take up space?
Thank goodness you finally got the student money through at least that will be a help and I am sure DS will settle better after new Year - the first term is always hard.
I think you are doing a marvellous job and dont know how you are not worn away to a frazzle -dont ask your sister to do something TELL HER and if she gets shirty then make sure she knows what you have been doing - how much petrol you have been spending and she is after all meant to be off work with depression - maybe a nasty/mean veiled threat and you probably wouldnt do anything but she needs to pull her weight with your parents.IMHO - dont mean to offend you pet. i just hate to see you sinking under everything you are coping with (((hugs))) x
jojo good to hear your assistant:rolleyes::D will be well enough to resume duties:rotfl::rotfl: regarding the dyson - did you like it - if so go with the service option £60 - its like new after they are finished with it - if you are not that bothered then see if you can get a spare on freegle/freecycle to keep you going until the sales?
greenbee that cake is yet another masterpiece - well done you!
newhouseowner - thats typical - life just gets in the way (((hugs ))) for all of you - but if you do have extra house gets its more hands to help keep it clean and tidy remember - fair exchange for the roof over their heads:rotfl:
froddy thats great - will be much easier for you - how did you enjoy jacksplace?
soappie I lurve pineapple upside down cake - will you make it when you come up pleeeeease????
macpep1 you could make him some little apple pies as a surpise???
SGT :T:T:T:T well done with the ironing!!
MOJ2 cant help with the teeth but I am sure the dentist will be able to put your mind at ease (((hugs)))

ok finally caught up so i can get over to the new thread and start allover again:D
    toots xx
    Peace will be mine
could do better - must try harder
