Zoe.. I haven't asked him for anything.. I just requested he paid the bankloan.. it is £280 a month secured loan which we were hoping to have added to the mortgage when the fixed rate expires next July.. That is as much finance 'discussion' as we have had.. he paid the loan (280) and I pay the mortgage and the house insurance and the joint overdraft (865).. I don't want him or his money TBH but I will not see the children do without.. If OH had the money I wouldn't need to ask he would gladly spend it on the children, I am sure.. but the point I am trying to get into his thicky skull is that he should WANT to pay for stuff for the children.. I did tell him if he did less 'socialising' he would provide better for his children.. Never mind.. those unexpected divorce papers will splat on his mat very soon.. I haven't told him.. and I am giggling like a loon whenever I think of them.. he is going to go absolutely hysterical .. PMSL..

So glad you have your tiddler back.. enjoy her!! Is she back with nan this week too?

most of mine want food after eating a decent size meal.. it takes 20 minutes for your stomach to register it is full.. try encouraging him to eat slower and giving him a drink of water or diluted fruit juice after he has eaten if he is saying he is hungry.. often people mistake thirst for hunger.. a huge proportion of people no longer recognise the feelings of thirst as they just eat whenever they are thirsty, or drink high sugar fizzy carp.. resulting in obesity.. it is a massive problem in the US apparently.

LL ((hugs)) really unfair on you, keep strong honey
boddy maybe it's with Christmas too, my Grandma used to be up and down this time of year as things changed, places changed etc she didn't feel comfortable with it at all ((hugs)) hope she is better next visit
soappie, I think regardless of the extreme boredom you need to look at the positives, especially that you are getting time & breathing space to write....wohoooo @ festive time in soappie house, I need to start that here :S
froddy thinking of Maddy & her family, ((hugs)) for you & everyone in school too I know how worrying it is
    Pollybear well done :)
piggers men go through the stamp my feet phase which involves no common sense, no doubt the solicitor will also giggle at him. Try www.etyres.co.uk...if the spare is legal maybe wait until after Christmas? Loads of schools are refusing homemade for parties, the method behind the madness with ok @ fayres is at fayres it's up to the adults if they take the risk...

Ok, roughish day, feeling lousy with cold :( yuk yuk but we all have it now (DS2 recovering) so hopefully we will be better for Christmas...maybe break the being ill tradition? Anyway got DS2 to pick up before 9am from his sleep over, I questioned sending him but cub leader said all the kids have it (teachers do too) so he'd call if any problems. Panto went well, nice to spend time with DS1. DS2s assessment, well no idea as I didn't go in but it all goes back to meeting next Friday. Picked up most of the stuff for the Chameleon tank tonight, waiting for a starter to be delivered & I need a fan of some sort then it's done.

You're now wondering why I am up....well DPs just called asking if his brother can stay here as his Mam has kicked him out because she is drunk **rolls eyes** wondered how long before it would start. Last time he was here a week (well at the old house) the stupid woman always manages to do something which disrupts our lives in some way. I've said yes because of the simple fact the womans an a*s*hole....sorry ranting but I did send advance warning :o

Right ok, good idea soappie, as we are at panto tomorrow & I need to start feeling festive/getting organised Christmas ... will discuss with DP what we are doing about a tree etc tomorrow & will do a 'left to buy' tomorrow in between getting DS2 & panto (10.30am meet up for coach)

    ((hugs)) all round x x x
One day I might be more organised...........

    xmas-smiley-010.gifMorning ladies,

    'Good Christian men rejoice
With heart and soul and voice!
Give ye heed to what we say
    News! News!
    Jesus Christ is born today!
Ox and !!! before Him bow
And He is in the manger now
    Christ is born today!
    Christ is born today!'

froddington - Prayers and distant healing going out to little Maddy
De.Nattom - I am glad you had a great birthday.. I did check the lists but you weren't there. Otherwise a big birthday hug would have been on the way! hugs.gif
Jinky the non-reindeer - Hugs honey
Mudbath - did you have a good evening hon?
LadyL - kiss.gif I cannot BELIEVE the results are still not in. I am inclined to think that if there was something wrong they would have been rushed through so maybe this just means it's good news. Either way, I am here if you need me.
    Rose - hugs.gif
embb - I was a semi pro singer for a few years til my health got the better of me. My voice isn't as good as it used to be but I can hold a tune so a bit of a 'singerer' too..giggle.gif
lil_me - It's more about my nephews than my mother though I miss her too. She cut me out of her life and took my nephews with her but with my birthday coming up I guess every year I hope there might be a thawing..
Jill - Big squishy hugs.giffor you hon

Toots - big hugs honey, glad you are enjoying the carols. I do tend to be singing them to myself as I post them.

Ok, all I intend to do today is make cards.. If anyone wants to see the one I made for Tristan it's HERE.

I hope everyones weekend starts well and that anyone feeling under the weather is better today. With love and light for all..

    Morning All

I woke up at 3.30 and couldn't get back to sleep so I'm going to be shattered later and we're supposed to be going out tonight! Went mum and dad's for tea last night so didn't get anything done here. I don't know if any of you remember the palaver we had at the end of October when my grandad was taken into hospital when we were going to a wedding - well it turns out he has cancer:cry: - hope fully we should know more today as to how bad it is but he's in his 80s so he's not young.

Hugs LL - hope it's good news on Monday.

Froddy - hugs for you too - healing vibes sent for Maddy.

Now I've forgotten what else I've read - my memory's like a sieve!

    Hugs to all

    Have a good day

But, have got to find time to get into town this morning as my library books need renewing/returning. Bit annoyed as I can't log in to their system from home - everyone else can, except me....

DDs birthday party this afternoon - we went for the low hassle option as it's at the local playbarn. Hopefully I'll get a moment for a cup of coffee! (You never know)

Have all the grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, uncle Tom Cobbley and all and all coming round tomorrow so I think I'd better spend some time tarting up the place. But hey, they're coming to see DD, not my messy house.

It'll be tidy in time for Christmas....

    Have a good day all
    Take care

    Morning lovelies!

Loads I want to say to peeps, let's see if fudge brain can remember....

LL sorry you've had to wait till Monday, I'm with Greenbee it must mean it's not urgent x
Boddy your poor mum, hope they sort it all out for you asap, must be emotionally draining for you xx
Diva hello fellow singerer, love the cards, the hat is the icing on the cake x
    Lil_me feel better soon x

Jue hugs for your Grandad xx
    Toots new flooring WOOT! :j
Who else..Zoe will write your card today and post on Monday promise, glad little one is back with you, you're pretty amazing I have to say x

(((((((((hugs, yay's and awwww's to those I no doubt have forgotten)))))))))))

Feeling a bit better today, still hanging around the throat area andm moving up to my nose now, tbh with you I mthink it's release of tension (I've pretty much finished xmas shopping) and AF side effects (usually get flu symptoms to varying degrees) but anyway feeling better, not quite right, but liveable, how I managed at work yesterday I'll never know, it was a case of go, do what you can and go home lol.

Littleys concert was good, even though I couldn't see her AT ALL (they seriously need to rethink sitting arrangements for parents & the kids  ) and we're not allowed to video them or take pictures anymore :rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes: so some pretty hacked off mams in the audience.

DD1 slept here last night, so I'm waiting for her to surface then we're nipping down street for fruit from the fruit guy, and a breakfast somewhere. Spent £54 in Iceland last night and got enough grub to last a couple of weeks I was well impressed :T seeing as the cupboards have been bare for at least a couple of weeks (just buying daily food) it feels good to stocked up again, will keep it as a basis and spend my weekly budget on top up stuff, amazing how much happier I feel with food in the house lol

Gosh I rabbit on......gonna make a broooooo and potter.

Rosie and all other X Factor fans Joe lives just up the road from me, him and Cheryl Cole were seen going into his house but I missed it booooooo! and one of my customers is very good pals with his nana GO JOE! :p
