  • The plastic on mine won't slide to one side - it's stuck under the labels and I'd need to cut it to get the lid off. Am I misreading your instructions? Doh
  • None left in the Maidstone, Chequers Centre store this afternoon when I went in to collect my online order.

    I've just checked the contents of my Hatbox and the Motherpucker is missing :( Apparently it's supposed to be a limited edition colour, too

    The one in my box was exactly the same colour as one I got in a giftbox last year. I checked before I opened it.

    No, it does work with the stickers still stuck, just move the plastic to one side on the top....and keep sliding the plastic strap towards the edge of the box....a bit at a time....

    Oh yes, thank you! Now all I need is instructions on how to get the lid back on again :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: Not really - it's easy when you start with the plastic strip on the side it should be! Mine's all there and it was bought in store.

    I ordered mine 2.45 am ish Friday morning (Free delivery to local store), got my dispatch email around 9pm Friday-and collected from my local store today. So people waiting to collect from a store it may be sooner than you think-my estimate was Wednesday-I'm delighted it was today!! x

    Exactly the same story here! - Also delighted my couple of them arrived 2 days early. :T (Am also in Manchester too! :D)

    xx
  • After ordering two online with relative ease in the early hours of Friday morning, it appears that mine were left outside my front door by DHL yesterday afternoon. They were not there when I got home from work and I specifically stated that if I was out they should be left next door as I knew my neighbours would be in. :confused:

    I have had this problem and this was when I was actually in, giant box from boots. The driver hadnt even tried knocking or ringing the bell. Luckily Hubby had to go out and told me that our delivery was sat on our doorstep for all the world to see! It could only have been out there about an hour but I was not impressed.
    Comping wishlist for 2017

    I've checked mine as well aafter the previous posts - the trick is to put the lid on 1st and then manouevre the plasticstrip, I managaed to slightly tear the top edge of the hatbox base trying to put the top on with the strip in situ :confused:

    :eek::eek::eek: Horrible.
    A couple of years back a carrier left several boxes of somebody's 75% sale bargains in their garden....neddless to say the items were stolen & due to the timing, irreplaceable at the prices paid. It was mainly the poster's kids' birthday presents for the coming year.
    I do hope there is a positive outcome for you.
