Have they replied to you? Im not sure what they would do with me buying them instore.....doubt they will sort it before xmas too! Which means the 2 that are for presents are going to have to be given part missing

If you go on the website and click "contact us" at the bottom then there is an email form you can fill out.

cheers:) will give it a go...have now emailed them so will wait for the reply dont expect they will do much though, they wont be able to refund anything as I bought them instore...and If they suggest I return them to the store for a refund then I dont think I will be.....I like the set even incomplete, but just worth a try if they can complete it for me

I have no idea what's going on with my order this morning my order was 'still processing', I called CS who advised me not to worry and it would be with me tomorrow and then this afternoon a man turned up with a very large boots box and all that was in it was the origins stuff I ordered and masses of brown paper ?!!!! I didn't get chance to open the box until tonight and I did wonder why it was a little on the light side ?! hopefully my hatbox will arrive tomorrow complete with all 11 items

Yes they were very lucky No I didn't get one for myself - not the sort of thing I buy for me plus I still have all the S&G sets I was brought as gifts last christmas (I did try the sugar scrub and the body butter out of one of the sets but it didn't really suit) I must be the only Mser that didn't want a hatbox

Hi Daisy,

Have you got 2 different tracking numbers?
I ordered 2 boxes and some toiletries which were sent in 2 seperate boxes with 2 different tracking numbers. Both parcels were showing as out for delivery this morning then 1 parcel was showing as back in the depot and "undelivered due to adverse weather", the other parcel which contained the 2 hat boxes was delivered late afternoon. I hope you get you boxes tomorrow

My order still says out for delivery. It's 10:44 at night, don't think it will show up tonight. <sigh>

I bought my box instore and just checked after reading the posts about missing items, but am pleased to say that mine is complete.

I did check the big boots in Donegal Place, Belfast this morning but there weren't any to be seen, I'll keep checking and post if I see any!
