Picked up my hatboxes this afternoon from local store after ordering at 2:30am on line and have just checked the contents. Yep 1 box is missing body butter! So unimpressed! Will be calling customer services in the morning but not holding my breath for another box.

I would urge everyone who hasn't already wrapped them to check the contents! I just moved the plastic strip to one side and took the lid off. Was quite easy to check them.

RE - DHL - Very interesting to hear that they are contracted out to agents... This reminds me that a few months ago I had a delivery from DHL from a woman who had a young girl with her - no id or anything. I was quite confused. She gave me my parcel and then asked if her young child could use my loo cause she was desperate - I said yes as the toilet was literally next to my front door so I wouldn't have to let them into my house with no ID.....

I thought it was highly unprofessional, although I know children cannot help when they need the loo, and I don't blame the child - I just don't understand how DHL can let 'random' people deliver parcels on their behalf... ?

I would love this as not been able to get one, my store sold out in 45 mins and was working so unable to go......
