I have one too - 1999 T reg, not quite basic model as it has central locking and various extras. 1.3L petrol but sounds like a tractor, apparently runs on air and the 1.3L engine coupled with the fact that it weighs absolutely nothing means that it sails past everything on the dual carriageway bits of the A420 (and my husband's Mk II Punto can't keep up with it). We've had a couple of bad freezes lately and despite being frozen solid on the outside, it's started first go with no complaining every time. I love it to bits.
  • youtube subway ad, beach. hilarious. i wonder if this is the only car one can buy in frinton-on-sea

I think we did about 80,000 miles from new in it and I can honeslty say hand on heart not a single thing went wrong with it other than consumables like types, brake pads etc.

    Great cars.
