  • Amazon wine vouchers are all the same codes, me and my friend ordered teh same computer parts and have the exact same voucher code..

you have to go to nakedwines.com/amazon58
    Code: AMAZ1213
    Password: ASP32XYN

I'd get the free wine and give it to my family but it seems you have to pay something, im not interested
  • Naked Wines do not always explain what they are going to do.
When you are on the website yes you do need to read everything or you will end up being an Angel and money will be taken from the account you used for your first transaction with them.However.......I got a call from them trying to get me to buy more wine and they said they would make me an Angel and credit my account with £20 IN CASE I decided to buy more.I was NOT told that they would also start taking money from my CCard account. That was very bad practise. They did likewise to a friend. When I discovered it they were very quick to refund it.I have now removed the CC details from the Naked Wines account...which I cannot seem to cancel once and for.All that said , their wines are good but expensive.
  • Just as a bit of a hi-jack and fully regarding Naked Wines.

You're better off not even bothering. You'll be lucky if you get that wine at all. As in my case they couldn't even be bothered to dispatch at all and couldn't care less about contacting the customer to rectify any problems.

When judging if ATOS were fit for work, it looks like they self-assessed. //Rant-Disclaimer End.
  • nakedwines is a company that works to build up new wineries and offers its investors/clients edgy wines for good prices. I received a voucher for $100 toward my purchase of a half case of my choice of wines. When I had completed my purchase the sites software didn't work with my operating system and the page closed quickly after I entered all of my cc information. I was scared by this and called the bank who gave me this number: 800-673-4718. I called the number during business hours and spoke with a very friendly, informative, helpful rep. named Sydney. Sydney expressed surprise at my experience and said it was most likely a software mismatch. However, even though a $1.00 charge showed on my cc statement, it would disappear because the purchase did not go through. You will receive a confirmation number if it properly processes.

Now, nakedwines is a great company. The have 'the Angels' club that once in you make monthly financial transfers to. The monthly transfers grow monthly. When you need more wine you are able to use the money that has been previously transferred toward your purchase. The money that builds up is able to help the wine growers/makers to be able to continue making great original wines.

Since I live in Alaska the shipping cost is exuberant at $130 for delivery. I chose to send my voucher to a sister in the lower 48 where shipping is generally only $9.99.

Cheers nakedwines! I'm glad we have met!

Obvious Naked Wines employee is obvious

    :spam:

The thread was dead for over a year - you'd have been better letting sleeping dogs lie; all you've now done is remind people how bad this company is. ;)

I have been with Naked Wines for many years and I would and have recommend them to anyone. My FIL is using his monthly payment to save for his daughters wedding! There is going to be a lot of wine......

Not newbie or an employee either!

Yeah, spammer for sure. Thing is tho, was entirely unnecessary. People (inc me) were genuinely defending naked wines. Now they just look like they need to spam forums.

Didn't work with me. If it's an old thread all I do is go to the most recent posts, many other must do this. Now I've seen a long established member praise the company so no, you're wrong. I haven't bothered to read the old posts & the most recent post (not from a 1 post so far person) is good.

Have you and Zandoni kissed and made up, and decided to find a joint target to contradict? ;)
  • I've been a Naked Wines Angel for about 3 years now and have nothing but praise for them. Customer service has been first class on any occasion I've had reason to call (there's only been a couple of those!), their wines are interesting and a far cry from anything you find in a supermarket, OK, we booze cruise a couple of times a year to a small wine shop in Ardres and Franglais near Calais for our everyday wines (and a few nice ones!) but I still buy 3-4 cases a year from Naked - Argentinian, Italian, Spanish, all interesting stuff to try!
