I've had the following e-mail about my order which has been in the HDN Llanelli depot since the 5th.

"Thanks for the recent order.

I am sorry that the 2: Mulled Wine set you ordered were damaged while on its way to the depot.

I have advised depot to deliver the rest and have refunded £6.48 for the two damaged items back to your card"

My order of 15 festive fizz and 15 beer gift sets turned up last night in 3 big boxes.

One of the the boxes was ripped wide open. The delievery guy asked if I wanted to refuse delivery as he could smell alcohol from inside the box. On closer inspection, it appears one of the beer bottles has been smashed. So I promtely told him NO, I wanted to keep the lot. Little did he know I had only paid £3.50 for it!

Now I have the problem of how to get it all home from work!!! In my rush to place the order at 6am, I accidently selected my work as the delivery address. No idea how long it's going to take me to ferry the lot home on the train, probably two weeks

class m8. m&s class.lol. did u just do the 1 order or more on the way. compain about the smashed 1 and you might get a tenner added to your account.lol

Really annoyed, mine was all smashed Courier guy didnt care he still handed the broken wet box over to me!! Checked online and some of the things I ordered are out of stock!! Grrrr! Going to call and complain! And also demand my delivery charge back!!
