M&S price glitch: 75% off alcohol gifts!

Just had my first part of my delivery : 3 Fizzes, Beer Set, Mulled wine Set, Wine in Rack. I have to say very well packaged, loads of bubble wrap around everything. I am looking at hem and can't believe how little I paid, trying to decide who deserves it the most lol.

"2nd part is on its way so probably tomorrow now, 2 port & chocs and cocktail book with olives.

Well after getting an email yesterday telling me delivery was postponed until 20th, then me phoning to advise I wanted to cancel some of the bits as were presents that needed posting on I had an email this morning telling me they had been dispatched and one of the 2 parcels has been delivered. I only had 1 whiskey set and that is the one that has not arrived yet.

Basically its a lottery and their estimated delivery dates are randomly being picked out of the air it seems so some hope for those waiting on their "glitches"

has anyone complained about damages? I got my delivery yesterday and the whisky with jug set was damaged, well the box is all ripped, I cant give it as a present and I dont drink, feel a bit mean taking it back for the price I paid. The question is do I take the paperwork with it or not????

I got mine today and am well impressed! Well done M & S, just been back today and made a further purchase!

I phoned and they were great. I'm getting a replacement sent, they gave me the choice of that or a refund. One of the beers in my beer set was 1/2 empty.

Did yours turn up jamespir? I had the same email as you. Mine did but 1 thing was missing, have emailed to let them know.

yayyyyyy, just had my order delivered. 4 x festive fizz, 1 x port and mints and 1 x beer set......all ofr £3.50 so a really big thanks to austin who i now want to marry and have his babies...........

I am confussed (it doesnt take a lot) my dispatch email send items will arrive in 1 order and then it gives me 2 tracking numbers, parcel 1 was left in my garage by the courier, but parcel 2 is showing as DEPOT - Web Customer, action: the parcel has been recieved.
