M&S price glitch: 75% off alcohol gifts!

Did anyone every have their order delivered while at

"The parcel has been received into depot" stage

or must it be at

"The parcel has been loaded on to the drivers van" stage?


Also, if anyone has an order which seems to be held at depot for a while it may be worth calling the depot as I found out my previous had been smashed

One of mine was stuck at the depot for two days, but when it finally arrived it was in perfect condition. They arrived the same day status changed to 'loaded onto driver's van'. I have had ones from DHL before that didn't say they were on the van, but usually it does.

I'm confused!!!
after getting an e-mail yesterday saying my order was definately being cancelled, in my M&S account today it says, "despatching soon"

Haven't a clue what's happening, just have to wait and see if it appears, but I need to know if I should go and get replacement gifts for the friends and familly these gifts were for!!! HELP!!!!!!!

If it were me, I'd just wait and see. I wouldn't want to contact them in case they saw it had been cancelled and then cancel it again iyswim. There might be a chance you get it after all.

I have just received an email saying due to stock problems my order will now be delivered on the 20th December. It was originally due to be delivered today.

I ordered very early on in the glitch - about 1am on the 3rd when the thread had only just started.

I ordered on the 3rd my delivery date is tomorrow the 11th but nothing has moved on order yet just still says Not Yet Despatched so not sure whats happening , mine was only a small order 4 items but not convinced I will recieve it ...

Me too! They have taken the money from my account so hope it still comes! Not a huge order just a few extra stocking fillers so no biggie if it doesn't turn up but nice if it does!
