    I ordered 5 items, one was out of stock so my original order was for £12.82 but with one less item is £16.99!! Queried it and customer services basically said you got an £18 discount, be happy!!!

    Surely you only authorised withdrawal from your account of the original £12.82 or less, they can't take more and tell you to be happy?

    Did you speak to Bobby McFerrin there by any chance? He says that a lot and I haven't heard from him since the 1980's. Perhaps he works there now?!

    Ahhh I remember that now, Vicky something. I used to live just south of Bristol when that aired and going into Bristol by bus was like living it*, a lot of the girls talked like that, it was kind of surreal! I can hand-on-heart say that I didn't hear any of the say yeah but no but yeah unless they were parodying it though :D

    According to HDN tracking.....my orders were delivered at 5.03pm....OH NO THEY WERE NOT!!!!
    Never buys anything at full price unless completely forced to do so!!! :whistle:

    No I was in all day as had building work going on....Just called HDN depot and was told that they are on the van and will be being delivered tomorrow. They have to do a double scan at this time of the year and that 's why it came up as delivered.......oh my I was having kittens at someone else enjoying my boozy gifts!! :eek:
