Oh no not the cakes again from our lovely Pollyskettle, do not mention the dreaded £800.00 order, as we will need to discuss exactly why cheesecake and tiramisu must never ever be in the same bowl touching

the other 4 items are in stock, they are asking me to reorder i guess. i know im as confused as the next person, i just said i would be very happy receiving what they did have in stock.

Just fyi - I've had this before. I couldn't find the £10 anywhere on my account, but it mysteriously appeared once I went into the price screen of the order (where you enter the codes etc).

DOn't forget - if you are going to order something, you can still get 10% off, or the 12.5% off Decemebr code which they suspended is supposed to be coming live again on the 12th.

I can't get any free delivery codes to work, but you can always get delviered to store ff you like?

They won't deliver any alcohol items to store I assume due to licensing laws but I'd ask for free delivery along with your £10.

Its so wierd how they are working out everyones orders, despite the area... how can an order of a huge amount (no names mentioned!! :rolleyes:) be given when someone whose order is not even a quater of that, gets cancelled!!
Are M&S out of thier minds :eek:.
Loobyloose, I checked my account just after you first posted with your problem and it had been changed to items soon to be despatched! Seems so wrong when they do this. :rolleyes:

I just believe those with the stupidly large orders should of had thiers cut back, not necessarily cancelled, just reduced!

I've just had a dispatch notice so there is hope for anyone whos expected delivery date was 8th Dec. I've ordered 6 items and they are coming in 3 lots, 2 via Royal Mail and the other by HOME DELIVERY NETWORK! Fingers crossed they are not broken when they get here.

I had 1 due today, my dd had an order due tomorrow and oh had one due for 10th......dd order is with Royal mail. Mine & oh are at depot from what I can work out...so can only guess they might be arriving tomorrow

Mine (5 bottles of fizz and 1 port) are due to have arrived today! Not here yet!!! But tracker does mention depot - typically, I am out all day tomorrow!!
