Let's not encourage them to come out of the woodwork again, because then bickering will start, then I'll have to post pictures of cakes to distract everyone and then we'll end up with pages and pages of frivolity like we've had today and a girl can only cope with so much frivolity you know.

I know what I need now............

I'd be fizzing if they did that to me. I'd be less concerned about not getting the stuff and more concerned about they way they were treating me now tbh.

Are you leaving it or emailing again?

I have emailed a long worded email stating that 3 seperate colleagues given me them answers in such a small amount of time and then asked what someone said a few threads back asking if i can reorder do i get the same deal..... still awaiting there response

  • I had a similar email regarding the Cocktail Shaker item as it was back in stock at the same time I got the email to say it had been cancelled. I emailed to point this out and I was offered free delivery if I chose to order again but that was possibly because I had used a free delivery code on the order. I haven't bothered re-ordering so I don't know what price they would have quoted it to me but there is a link somewhere in your order page that has a link to a page that tells you that if your discounts aren't showing it could be because your order no longer satisfies the criteria for a discount or something like that.

I haven't read of anyone who got their cancelled order added back in once it was back in stock as my particular order had been put back to 18th December so plenty of time to add it in. I did get the full discounts on the rest of the order though so happy enough.

well it's a bit of a result I suppose, but still a real shame about your order!
