OK...I suspect a number of people would tell you that it was a glitch and to forget about it...BUT....if it were me, I'd be emailing them simply because of the unfairness. I'd point out that hundreds of people were sent their order and ask why they appear to have a different policy at different times and with different people.
I dont think you'll get your order re-instated but you may get a goodwill gesture of some sort.
Poor show on M&S's part though. Given how many people have had their orders sent, it seems very unfair to cancel some because of the price error.

Sorry I haven't read the whole thread, but I had a similar issue to some other posters with altered card details so the card was declined. When I logged in to change the details the order had been amended so that the discount no longer applied.
I emailed complaining to them. They are denying altering the card details, as this would be against the data protection act apparently. (Maybe I should take that further!) However, they have agreed to adding the 10% code back on again, so some success!0 -
My delivery arrived today, £98 worth for £8.23 (and I went through TopCashBack). I had three boxes of the wine sets which came in lovely wooden cases, one case was slightly damaged and one bottle of wine is leaking so will have to have that for myself:)
My only weired eating thing is with peanuts, I have to break them in half to see the rabbit inside - if you've never done it have a look.0 -
It doesn't seem right that some people's little piffly orders get cancelled and other people's really big orders get delivered, especially the ones that went through for just the postage cost, is it due to items being out of stock?
I expected my order to arrive today but it looks like it won't be until tomorrow now.

My parcel arrived today. Two of the boxed wine sets for under a tenner. I am well pleased! I did half think to myself that I should have made a bigger order, but I worked on the premise that if they charged me the full amount it wouldn't drop me in the messy stuff
They seem to be intact, but I must admit that I have put them away without checking them too closely, so I'll go back and have a look now just in case I *need* to drink anything :rolleyes:I'm a retired employment solicitor. Couldn't those who have received the emails ring/email and say they think it is unfair that their orders aren't being honoured as they have 'a couple of friends' who ordered similar items at a similar time and their orders have been sent out.......M&S dont have to know that the couple of friends, amounts to a couple of hundred odd random people online now do they?0
