  • One of my orders has completely vanished from the open / recently dispatched orders page and no email either! It had never moved from Order Placed and was due for delivery on the 10th December! Whiskey selection set, Port selection set, Festive fizz! others have reported these are the items out of stock (although Whiskey set is still available on their website!)
    My other order says dispatching soon but when I look at my orders placed in 2009 it said it was dispatched on the 8th?

    steady on! you're pushing the boat out a bit this year aren't you? :p

    I rushed to place my order incase the glitch got fixed or it sold out and now relly wish I had ordered a few more things but still happy I got these 2 :D

    I think my reply to M&S would be based on what was on the order.

    How much was the order before discounts and what was the total with discounts. Was there other stuff on there too?

    I think if you consume anything bigger than a cupcake at one sitting then you are just plain greedy.

  • It was beer, port a d festive fizz a £3.50 jobby order...

    I would rather of them said theres no stock, but they are implying they wont honour it because its a pricing error arent they.
    knew i should have told people i got them a few drinks.

    I had ordered early AM on the 3rd

    last order status said despatching soon or something will be in 1 delivery.

    OK...I suspect a number of people would tell you that it was a glitch and to forget about it...BUT....if it were me, I'd be emailing them simply because of the unfairness. I'd point out that hundreds of people were sent their order and ask why they appear to have a different policy at different times and with different people.

    I dont think you'll get your order re-instated but you may get a goodwill gesture of some sort.

    Poor show on M&S's part though. Given how many people have had their orders sent, it seems very unfair to cancel some because of the price error.

    I'm sorry, you must feel pretty annoyed right now.
