Myorder ( 7 items ) is still sitting there saying yet to be dispatched ( 14th ) so I imagine it will be cancelled too0

M & S have stated I can have items at discounted price if they come back in stock

I have looked into order xxxxxxxxx and I can advise that the festive fizz and the port set were cancelled against the order. I can further advise this was due to no stock of the items left. I do apologise if this wasn't advised to you previously.
Should the items come back in stock for online and telephone ordering we would be happy to sell at the discounted price beforehand.0 -

Loobyloose, I checked my account just after you first posted with your problem and it had been changed to items soon to be despatched! Seems so wrong when they do this. :rolleyes:
I just believe those with the stupidly large orders should of had thiers cut back, not necessarily cancelled, just reduced!
