yes i would take it out of the bank put it somewhere safe. IMO you don't have to list it as an asset as it isn't an asset - the minute you hand your forms over it is spent!0

In Section where it says Previous Trading/Business Addresses:
Provide details of any former trading names you have used, where debts or liabilities may still be unpaid or unsatisfied relating to your petition for bankruptcy .
Do i have to list under this section that i was Self Emplyoed at my old address or can i leave this blank as there is no debts unpaid at that address.
I have also now arranged the court date of 6th Jan.
Is there any place i can get my forms checked before the court date to makesure they are correct.0 -
OK my SOA form online is nearly done, Not been able to submit yet as there will be changes once iget back onto JSA next week. Do the forms expire after a set date does anyone know.
Also regarding when i goto the court at the start of Jan as i have now booked a date to attend i was told to take 3 x copies of the form with me. Do i need anything else like my business bank account statements and my account sheet i kept for the business

No just take the forms, your fee's and proof of low income so you can get the reduction in fee's.
I think they clear information after 6 months. Hopefully someone can confirm that for me.0 -
