Still a little confused on this section LOL,
It says they will ask for payslips from my last job. When i was self emplyoed i never realy took anything from the business as it was costing me to much to run. Says Job title which go's down the road of me working for someone else but i was the Owner of the company if i was self emplyoed

The OR may ask for your accounts. Job title I would put "self employed plumber" or whatever it was you did...it should be clear to the OR what you mean then.0

OK will do that,
Yep i have all my accounts and stuff printed and PDF files ready if needed.

is this right peeps?
Hi, all that you have should be declared, then you say that you need it for your domestic expenses and the examiner will ask when you get paid again and assess whether you do need all of it. The OR will write to the bank and say how much you've said is in the account and if it's more than £200 above that figure not to release it because that means you have significantly more than was declared. The OR is hot on non disclosure, everything has to be declared and it's for the examiner to decide what goes where.0 -
On Section regarding keeping accounts for Self Employment it says the following. "If you hold records on a computer, provide details of which records are held and state where the computer is"
I do have my spreadsheet on my PC but i also have printed a completed sheet with all my business records etc that match my bank statement for the business. Do i need to still tell them its on the PC or can i just give them the printed stuff i have.

The OR will be very gratefull if you can print out all of the computer based accounts, If not they have to get it on a disk (or take the computer, if you cant provide a disk) and send it away for debugging, decription and to have an evidential copy made. So they will be happy if you print it out for themHi, im Debtinfo, i am an ex insolvency examiner and over the years have personally dealt with thousands of bankruptcy cases.

ah right, i've been given duff info then. i had a small amount of cash left over which i was told not to put on the forms as it was for living expenses, and to just mention it in my or interview. :eek:0 -
Many thanks, i will print them out and remove the bit that says they are kept on a PC
