No ours is that price until 6 months time as we started a new one last month. You have to pay so much upfront first and i started another thread to quesion the price, From April next year it will be around £11.00 something

    As quoted from Website

On the monthly Direct Debit scheme you pay for your TV Licence over the first 6 months. This usually means you'll be paying around £23 per month for those first six months.
Your payments will then fall to less than £12 per month. These payments go towards your next licence and will spread the cost of all your future licences. These payments will always add up to the same amount as the annual licence fee.
    TV licence £13 max.
  • Yes but the OR will only allow you to have £13 on your SoA, the rest will have to come from your surplus.

Just put it down as £13, this will give you a tiny surplus which you then use to pay the bill.

my or was fine with £28....
  • I think i will leave it as £29 as i am sure they know about paying 6 months upfront as well, If i take it to £13 then its not being honest.

Does everything else look ok on the SOA for Bankruptcy

  • That's cool Kerry. Mine told me he would only allow £13. Chris put down the full amount and see what happens. You won't get an IPA any way as you have not enough surplus and you are benefits.

    No consistancy among these OR's

Tell me about it...want to make sure chris puts down what it actually is for when he does get a job, but as you say who knows what theyll say....my DH went BR today-his OR is the same office as mine-totally different approach-its bizarre really
  • I tink they treat each case on its own dont they

Definitely-which is both a positive and a negative I think....
  • Ok i now only have the job section to fll out. I know its no under Assets but no point starting a new thread.

I am on Job Seekers so i have selcted Unemployed but then it says 'If you are unemployed, when did you last work, what was your last job and who was your last employer?'

Wellfrom June until going back on Job seekers i was Self Emplyoed. is this classed as my last employer or should i put my last job before that where i worked for 9 years
