Can anyone advise that if we have our Job Seekers as a couple paid into my partners account and and not mine will it cause any problems with the SOA and going BR.
Was thinking its going to be easy to have it all paid into my partners account and then she just transfers over to mine what we have put down on the SOA

Well Visited Job Centre today, Got the Forms, Explained everything which it took 4 of them to work it out LOL,
Got an interview booked to hand back the forms tommrow and was told to also fill in a Sel Emplyoed form which asks details about my business i had. Going to take my statements and account print outs for them as well tommrow.
Money is going to be paid into girl friends account as i am being added to her claim so she allready has the bank account setup and makes it easy for us to pay bills when my current accounts get stopped.
Is it best to Keep my Income SOA showing as my own income and my partners contribution even that she will transfer one set amount each month to my account. My SOA was first worked out on that i get £50 of the £100 Job Seekers and then she pays a contribution to me.
Just got a letter also from my AA Car Insurance asking why they did not get payment and £12 was being added onto my account for the car insurance due to no payment

Hi all,
Not been on the forum for a few weeks due to coming down with suspected swineflu / cold the NHS seems to think and its about all gone now.
Just an update as you all know i was due to file for Bankruptcy on Jan 6th. I decided to talk to National Debt Line and the CCCS again about my situation etc. I decided to not file for Bankruptcy in the end and cancled with the court my booking i had as i wanted to try and resolve this myself.
I have managed to get all my credtiors to fix intrest rates to 0% and no charges to be applied to anything. I have paid all of them the payments from Oct to Feb this year with the money from the car sale and from end of Feb will be paying an aggreed amount why i am still under going interviews for work and job hunting. Once i am back into work i have been told to contact the CCCS to arrange another DMP.
Many Thanks for everyones help over the last few months
Chris0
