Chris as you are JSA you may qualify for exemption from the £150 court fee, meaning BR cost of £360.

    Check www.insolvency.gov.uk for further info

nah, OR will be fine, you sold it for a reasonable price and are using it for your br fees. its not like you sold it to a family member for £100..

    good luck with the insurance!

I could be completely wrong with this chris so wait for confirmation, but cancel the insurance and the direct debit, then include the amount still owing in your BR.

  • Well i was not sure about this. I asked on another thread but was not Sure. they want £48 a week today and in Jan £35 and then thats the end of my Policy, To cancel they say i need to pay an extra £50 if i want to cancel now with the above amounts as well which to me is alot of money to pay out and could go towards BR / living costs.

The Insurance was took out at the start of 2009 with the AA

wait for one of the really experienced ones to confirm, but since you can pretty much include everything in BR apart from a few exceptions you should be OK.

If you dont get confirmation here call debtline tomorrow to ask.

Why should you pay the 2 months plus a cancellation fee? You may aswell just keep the policy going to expiry

cancel the DD with your bank as you can put this towards BR fee.

But get confirmation on including the insurance in BR as I am not 100% confident on this.
