Just spotted this on the website.
New Brochure Bags Coming Early 2010
Good news – we did some online research and asked for your feedback on the current brochure bags. Based on your requests, we have now ordered you some new bags which should be with us end of Jan/Feb time. The cost and quantity of the bags will remain the same – 80p for 50.
The key differences are they will be:
Re-sealable (zip seal)
Better quality plastic (so more durable)
Bigger size (bags will fit one brochure and a flyer). The sizing is an extra 2cm in height and width, as requested by you via the online research conducted.
Yippee! Much cheaper than the supermarket ones! Have just bought 60 for £2 from a pound shop but they feel a bit thin so might order some of these to see.0 -
I am thinking about becoming a Avon rep, is there any consultants here from Brighton? I signed up at workingjobsfromhome.co.uk to find some there too.0

Me again. I only seem to reply on here when I have something to moan about, LOL!
Just a quick one. Its my birthday this month, but this has been largely ignored by Avon, except for a "Happy Birthday" note on my last invoice.
On the invoice!
That's like saying "Happy Birthday Clare, blah blah blah, now pay your bills!".
My next delivery for this month is due tomorrow, so I am still living in hope that someone might have taken pity on me and put a little pressie in my delivery. Nothing on my online invoice though. Sob!
(Got some skincare samples but think that's more to do with putting through my first 4 camps over MOV?)0 -
some advice please ladies. i started avon on c1 and im now on c4. ive had 2 customers who ordered on c1 but have not ordered since. Should i still drop a brochure around to them when i get to c5 or not bother?0
-
Yes I'd carry on deliverying to them - I had a £40 order this time for a customer who has only ever ordered 3 times before now in the year I've been doing avon. Even if you only deliver people a book every other campaign, definately keep delivering to them, afterall you know that they like avon and you never know when they might order!Avon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A0

Yes absolutely! I've only done 4 campaigns, and anybody who has ever ordered from me gets a book every campaign whether they like it or not!!
I'm also planning to canvas everybody over the next couple of campaigns to ask those who haven't ordered whether they want a book every time, but my orderers won't get asked!!! I haven't taken on any new territory, but I'm still getting a couple of new customers every campaign so that just shows the reverse is also true - people who haven't ordered for 3 campaigns are now ordering!0 -
hi i'm doing my camp 4 order right now and in the hello tomorrow book
they have got the strawberry and cream bubble bath, i really liked this and was gutted when they discounted it!!! everything i like they seem to do this.
I also liked the blueberry one and so dod my customers but decided to finish that aswell! instead they leave the pink and lavander bubble baths up that noone ever buys!! avon are weird.
Also i was asked my a customer earlier are avon discounting the stay matte mousse foundtions in the post as she told me she really likes this range
and is scared avon will stop making it?
There's some good stuff in this months HT , BUT I DONT UNDERSTAND why avon are bringing out yet another perfume 'spotlight' they have far to many and i want be buying samples for this one as they also get given back to me unused.
Another thing i wanted to ask was i was reading before christmas on the avon uk facebook page that they were going to start a forum on their website for everyone not just pc reps, but i took a look last night and they still haven't got one up, has anyone heard any more about it?
When i was in pc i used to love the forum it was so active even at 4 in the morning you would find someone on lol.0 -

Lavender Bubble bath is one of my best sellers! (Although secret garden sold well this campaign too)0
