Hi I'm a new avon rep. Is anyone anticipating a decline in avon orders after Christmas? I don't know what to think as there are some good offers in brochure 2. Also everyone seems to have good figures for there previous campaigns - all help on how to get my figures up would be much appreciated! I find it a bit disheartening
Thanks0 -

But the Starter Kit's a bit rubbish - the bag's ok but the samples in it are really poor!!
same here. i wasnt inpressed at all!!! order forms are free and paper bags
well they are worth pence !!
as for the samples, i think i got about 10 items in all. the box it came in was bigger than the contents!2015.......I aim to have a tidy de cluttered house by Xmas

Thanx Phia!! so if i've got this right now...
customer wants delivery of c18 7pm fri dec 11th
next order deadline c1 also fri dec 11th
going out for meal so will deliver on way...
I've a real hunch she wont be in so pay avon c18 minus customers goods £48
get the £48 credited
if customer pays, i dont return them and avon charges me on c2
You need a degree for this lot!! Good news is I've 4 vouchers for £5 for c2 thru creative ordering and 5 products valued about £25 for me or creative ordering in future! Yeh!! Will have to continue as far as c2 to use them! Clever Avon.....
Great forum, thanx to all the posters x
thats about it except the credit you get back is 'your cost' not the 'customer cost' i think so its not the full amountcamp 12=£443 13=£425 14=£277 15=£474 16=£492 17=£438 18=£437 1=£319 2=£153:o 3=£220 :jSALES LEADER:j4=£202 5=£191 6=£167 7=£193 8=£216 9=£211

my sl never told me about it either and it was avon who called on my 1st campaign to ask me for money. she didnt tell me about the HOV AND MOV dropping down either. but as the others have said it should go up nowcamp 12=£443 13=£425 14=£277 15=£474 16=£492 17=£438 18=£437 1=£319 2=£153:o 3=£220 :jSALES LEADER:j4=£202 5=£191 6=£167 7=£193 8=£216 9=£211

Yes definately0 -
maybe do a 'one entry into prize draw for every £10 you spend in camp x, x, x' get a few cheap-ie bits over the next few camps and make up a gift bag for the winner 'chosen in camp ...' little bit of an incentive for customers.
also the mov has dropped for the next few...ive heard... so at least we still get something back xcamp 12=£443 13=£425 14=£277 15=£474 16=£492 17=£438 18=£437 1=£319 2=£153:o 3=£220 :jSALES LEADER:j4=£202 5=£191 6=£167 7=£193 8=£216 9=£211

Ladies, I need to pick your brains
My mum is a good customer of mine and she has run out of the face cream that came in the Beauty Bonus bag with the Serum when it was first introduced. I've just checked through my C15 invoice and all it says on there is Anew Beauty Pack - am I right in thinking it was Thirmafirm (sp?) cream? Please help
Sam x
P.S. I am definitely anticipating a decline in orders but I am re-canvassing just in case. I've put a few samples in each bag and a sweetieIf anything they'll remember their avon lady at least!

Thanks for all the replies, ive just heard from my ASM that avon will not deliver my order at all now untill the balance is paid in full? Is this right, is this what normally happens? Ive already paid off the balance from campaign 17, and the delivery im waiting for is campaign 18, my balance online is coming up as £0.00. Im confused?!? Im hoping I dont have to pay it all in full before I recieve it because its £446!!!!! and I definately cannot afford that just before xmas!!!
Please help0 -
Hi Becky
I don't think that can be right; how can they say customers pay on receipt of goods if you pay up front? What would happen if they didn't pay - you out of pocket until you return the goods and that's just stupid- especially before christmas! I havent' had any experience with this, sorrybut someone should be along shortly who has a bit more knowledge of this one.
