  • oh i was wondering....i customer keeps ordering lingerie sets and every time only one half comes. its happened this time so shes told me what she wants so i can order again. the set she wants is also in HT as a demo. is it possible for demos to be out of stock? im sure she wont order again if this one doesnt come so i really want to do the best i can get get at least one set for her. BEFORE XMAS. so is it more likely that the demo will come or is there just as much chance for the brochure one?

I was given more terriotory for my last campaign and have since found that not only are there 2 avon ladies living on the road , another avon lady who lives locally delivers there too ..... aswell as that I was told that my road was covered when i signed up and then last week I had a book through my door for a totally new ( only signed up 3 days before) lady.

My poor neighbour ( who has ordered from me) got 3 avon books through her door last week and they wern't even from me !!!!

territory is frustrating isn't it !

  • Had my first delivery whoopwhooop! only 2 things not available so will credit them. Was suspicious about a customer (this is my first camp) who ordered £48 and somehow i thought - dodgy. Sure enough, put card thru door re delivery and she has rung to say she'll have a cheque. I said cash so she said end of next week. I'm sure she wont pay somehow so at what stage do i send everything back? they wont send next order til ive paid for this one so i will be £48 out of pocket til they recredit me. i have orders so far for £50 next camp but they wont send that until ive paid for first one? That means i get credit for £48 for camp after? what if i give up and get no more oreders? I'm worried!! Did i get all that right?
    Thanx peeps x:confused:
  • Just finished my second campaign (18) and it was £446! which im well pleased about! The only thing I wasn't so chuffed about was getting a message from my asm to pay £220 before my order can be processed! :( Does this always happen? Im confused?! And it doesn't help when its so close to xmas and I just dont have that much cash available!

firstly with the products that were unavailaible you dont have to credit them. they just wont charge you for them. (can someone clarify that please..otherwise ive paid for alot of things that havent turned up lol)

i take cheques from my customers, as long as they have the cheque guarantee card number on the back, address, details etc. however some 'dodgy' customers i wouldnt tell them i can take cheques just incase. OR take the cheque and say you cant give them the order until its cleared.

anyway, if this customer doesnt pay up..a day or 2 before you submit your next order add them on as credits, pay off your total (minus credits), print off your returns form and then you can package the goods up and give them to your delivery driver when he brings your next order.

IF in the time between crediting them and returning them the customer pays you can give her her order and avon will recharge you for them next time.

Les Mack - phone website is www.avonmobiles.co.uk/representatives. It will ask for your unique code from the voucher (case sensitive) and then your personal details and payment details. HTH.

phia2000 - I would say lingerie in the HT demo section would be your best bet as they are the new items to be stocked. I've not had an OOS on a demo item yet. Good luck.

    Hi Becky,

this only happens if you go over your credit limit. A lot of people start with low credit limits of £250 for example, so you have to pay the difference before they will release the order. The more campaigns you do the higher your limit will go. May be worth calling AVON to speak to the credit department and find out what your limit is. :D
