Have been working really hard to see how quickly I could get to PC level and am feeling a bit deflated (not to mention angry that my SL never mentioned that would happen!).
Being a relative newbie, I gather I can still qualify for Associate membership. Any chance of a quick 'idiot guide' as to the difference in Associate to full PC membership?
i second that! i think its pretty dirty of the sls to not tell us. i feel a bit used as really (though i would want high sales for myself etc anyway) i wouldnt have tried quite as hard as i too was excited to see how quickly i could achieve it! but now it feels tainted lol xcamp 12=£443 13=£425 14=£277 15=£474 16=£492 17=£438 18=£437 1=£319 2=£153:o 3=£220 :jSALES LEADER:j4=£202 5=£191 6=£167 7=£193 8=£216 9=£211

Hi there, sorry if this sounds like a really thick question but can anyone tell me how often we get paid? I've only done a few campaigns and seem to have different numbers of days some varying from 26 but mostly 21 days?? it's for my jobseekers allowance b7 form, and don't wanna muck it up...
cheers for now.,

Generally campaigns are every 3 weeks/21 days with the exception of two, which are only 14 days apart i.e. 52 weeks in the year - doesn't divide by 3 so they shorten two campaigns in order to fit in 18 campaigns a year. (Least that's what I've gleaned happens.)
As FC says, you'll be invoiced nett by Avon so you collect the gross amount, pay the nett amount and the difference is yours. Would be easy just to work on the commission figure but that's misleading i.e. you may have bought products for yourself and, of course, you will have the cost of books, bags, etc. so the commission figure they quote will always be more than what you actually earn.
As for Avon contact details, they're shown on your invoice but the best way to deal with them (in my - and others' - experience ) is via email from their website.Make the most of everything in life (especially Avon)

i am fuming..................i e-mailed that my C4 cats didnt come with my c1 order(they are on my invoice and i have been charged)
i receive an e-mail back saying that they will re-order my c4 brocures for me.
i look at my account balance and they have charged me again for them!!!
am everyone at avon head office a little thick?? and cant follow simple orders?? and do they actually read the full e-mail or just scan it and then do their own thing!!
okokok, ill count to 10.................................2015.......I aim to have a tidy de cluttered house by Xmas

Sounds like you need to count to 50!
Hope you've calmed down now; just remember this time of year everyone is stressed and trying to keep the band in the nick so mistakes will happen (even more than usual). Seems that you order your brochures in advance like me. (Don't know why I bother though - I never tend to look at them until I need them!)
The overcharge is easily remedied - just apply for credit against your account and use whatever code it is for being charged but not supplied. Unfortunately the lack of catalogues is not as easily remedied but, hopefully, they'll come out to you in plenty of time before you need them.
I forgot to apply for some credits  - usually am really good at keeping everything straight but slipped up this campaign. My account is now showing in credit and am just hoping that they don't write it off like they did last time! (Was only 1p :rotfl:before) If they do then am coming to join you on the warpath!
Merry Christmas; hope you have a great one.Make the most of everything in life (especially Avon)

well i just put in my c2 order- only managed 8 orders which came to about £68 but i guess that is to be expected with the timing of it. Did manage to get 3 new customers who ordered though and more new houses to drop off at in the new year yay!0

Am guessing (but, of course, could be wrong) that it may depend on the size of the additional order -
Someone from Avon told me via email, that if the additional order weighed less than a kilo, then it would be sent by Royal Mail, if it was heavier than this, it would go via courrier.0 -

Associate is something you can qualify for during your first 18 campaigns as a Rep. Obviously unless you join in C01 you don't get 18 campaigns to qualify in the normal way, so Associate gives you the chance to qualify within your own personal 'first year'.
The main difference is that you don't get the points that normal PC members get, which can be used to claim prizes.
If you qualify Associate though, you're clearly a good seller and will be on course to qualify normally during your first C01-18 year too.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0 -
I found the PC booklet.
An Associate
Associate members are those Representatives who achieve sales of £6,500 in their first 18 campaigns (eg a Representative appointed in Campaign 5 2010 and achieving award sales of £6,500 by Campaign 4 2011 will achieve 2010 Associate membership.)
