Thanks - it had arrived all along, I must have missed him. Gutted cos I had returns that I wanted to give him - I know I'm going to get recharged for them as I am away!! Can he take it next time? Not sure when I am going to pay for this invoice, will have to go to a bank when I am at families houses. So if I place a little order then it will be delivered and he can take my returns then, will my account then be credited IYKWIM???

Lyndsey, what's the recharge date on your invoice? If you still have a while and won't get charged next invoice, then yes place an order that will have to be delivered and get the courier to take your items then.
  • They were from my last campaign - customers not paying me!! GRR!! My next camp is due on 7 Jan, actually, thinking about it, I will be here on next delivery day, well I'll be at work but my delivery won't be left in my safe place for days.

I am thinking of missing out camp 4. I already have my orders for 2/3 and to be honest if camp 4 is anything like 3 then it isn't worth my while doing it. I have 80 books to put out at cost of £12. Then I am out 3 nights and have cut it down to one morning now. I have diesel to pay and as I pay tax if I am only hitting my HOV then it doesn't seem worth it.
Camp 2 is sitting at £270 with another 6 books to come in. They are ones with vouchers to spend and will probably be all for free products. Camp 3 is just below HOV £148. What do I need to do other than tell ASM I am not doing it. Can I just skip a camp and have no orders.

Could be totally wrong on this but....

    1. Are you sure you need to buy 80 books? I have approx. 80 customers but only ever buy 40 books (split my customers between by current and back campaign) May only be a small saving but every little helps and all that.

    2. Unless I misunderstood an earlier posting on this thread then the vouchers will count towards your M/HOV....?

    3. Am wondering whether rather than miss a campaign you could make up an order i.e. taking advantage of the brochure bargain and/or based on what your customers tend to order? Would mean you hold a certain amount of stock at a bargain price or, worst case scenario, you could send it back later for credit if you couldn't manage to sell it?

Just a thought (as I said, I could be wrong)

PS: There's always 'creative ordering' too.... ;)

PPS: Sorry, just reread your posting and it seems you already split your customers so you must have a BIG round (least compared to mine:rotfl:)!

sorry Lyndsey, why won't your delivery be left in your safe place?

Could one of your neighbours take in your delivery or give the returns to the courier?
  • Sorry, I am rambling! I was worried that it would be left in safe place and I wouldn't be home for a few days, it's not locked. But I will be back home on delivery day so it doesn't matter now.

Another silly question - can I ring up Avon and pay by credit card? I have collected most of my money but am travelling on a train soon and can't get to a bank so think it would be easier to put on my cc (no money in my bank account :-( ) and pay that way?

Yes, if you phone Fast Trak, you can pay by CC, thanks to the lovely people who post on here who advised they do, as I only pay online, no longer have CCs, so I pay by debit card.

  • Order arrived at work for me today. I won a presenter/vanity bag and loads of samples. Didn't even realise that I'd hit the target! :j

Have to sort my orders out and deliver them all tonight, but it's not all bad as I didn't have that many this camp.

I'm taking camp 2 off for a break over xmas. I'll be doing the next normal length one. It's just too hard to cram it in to 2 weeks with xmas and new year.

Hope everyone has a good christmas and new year.
