They are usually sent by royal mail - so I would think after Christmas would be more likely unfortunately!
Avon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A

Quick query to 'those in the know' pls....

Have just placed an additional order but already received delivery of the regular order for that campaign. Will delivery come asap/within a few days or be tagged onto my next campaign regular order?

    Thanks!

I placed an additional order last saturday and it arrived on the tuesday via courier xx

  • Thanks everyone - great feedback as ever! :T

Yes, aureol got it spot on. Am currently in the process of inputting C2 but was surprised it gave me the option to input an additional C1 order. (Never wanted/needed to before so maybe this is 'the norm'?)

My C2 order is not due for delivery until 8 Jan (order's not actually due until 30 Dec but have told all my customers I want their orders by 23 latest  ) - so am hoping that my additional C1 order will come out well ahead of then.

Looks like I've been lucky with the dates of my deliveries this year; good luck to everyone, who's been put under real pressure by tight pre-Xmas deliveries.

Hope everyone has a great Christmas!

PS: I had it in mind that all additional orders up to Christmas would attract commission irrespective of reaching MOV - wrong! Seems was only up to C18 (which am pretty sure has been mentioned previously but just thought I'd mention again)

Not important to be here before Christmas but am hoping for shortly afterwards.

Am guessing (but, of course, could be wrong) that it may depend on the size of the additional order - have had a replacement lipstick by Royal Mail but an additional boxed order via the normal courier route. On that occasion I placed the additional order after my normal/main order but before delivery and strangely enough the additional order arrived first! Assumed that you'd only be able to place additional orders up until your scheduled delivery date but seems am wrong on that one. Wonder how long the option stays open - anyone know?

Off topic, does anyone know the name of the band or person who sings "girls fall like dominoes" - the XBox 360 add, it is the music to which the advert is set. I love that line, and would like to hear the rest of the song.

    TIA

I think you can backorder additional orders on your last campaign until it expires, ie you can backorder on C1, until it moves to C2/C3, rather than C1/C2.

Will find out shortly I guess but just wondering.... do we have any benefit to our order values by using the £5 vouchers i.e. does the £5/3.70 get added to our sales figures re. PC?

Yes, it should count towards PC, MOV etc as normal. Though it'll be 2010 PC now, not 2009.

  • Thanks again, aureol; just hadn't dawned on me before that you could do that - am living and learning!

Incidentally, looks like Avon are working hard - the order I placed last night is already showing as prepared so looks like it should be with me shortly. :j

You are welcome Marsden Cuckoo. Avon are probably trying to get orders out before Xmas as much as possible.

I tend not to place additional orders unless the customer is prepared to pay the £2.50 P&P or it is above MOV, as you don't make anything from it.

Thanks, !!!!!!, although like others am really disappointed to see that the counter has gone back to zero. :( Have been working really hard to see how quickly I could get to PC level and am feeling a bit deflated (not to mention angry that my SL never mentioned that would happen!).

Being a relative newbie, I gather I can still qualify for Associate membership. Any chance of a quick 'idiot guide' as to the difference in Associate to full PC membership?
