    Hi AvonNewbie

You need to type in the product codes - the pink ones on the order page, and beneath them type in the voucher code number, then save your order.

Unfortunately not - its on behalf of one of my reps customers - she gave her customer samples, and didn't realise this particular one was discontinued, and theres no sample left to match it up!!!! The only thing at the moment I can suggest is any of the brown lippys which doesn't help her much lol! Just can't believe avon didn't actually answer my question at all!

I think sometimes the people answering emails get confused or don't know where to go and find the answer. They need me to go and work for them. The only thing is I don't like the town, it is so small and you need a car to go anywhere interesting. I used to work in a Quality Department and we used to get unusual queries from the business and I used to love solving them and providing them with the correct answer. This would be right up my street, except for where the office is located.

My car insurance is up for renewal. It asks for full time occ to which I put housewife then it asks part time occ under 16 hours per week.
What does everyone put. I was employed more than 20 hours last year and had to have business use on the car so not bothered changing it. Don't know if I want to put down sales rep. what else can we call ourselves and what type of business to you put down. Thanks
I have never met a calorie yet I didn't like!!
  • Quick query to 'those in the know' pls....

Have just placed an additional order but already received delivery of the regular order for that campaign. Will delivery come asap/within a few days or be tagged onto my next campaign regular order?

    Thanks!

Am deffo not coming from a position of knowledge here but.... don't you pay extra for 'business use'? Seems to me that for the odd few hours you may use your car to deliver Avon orders then paying for business use is a tad OTT?

Sorry if I'm way off the mark. I tend to walk wherever I can; the car stays in the garage as much as possible. (I 'kid' myself that I'm doing Avon to get some exercise..... can't be in it for the money! :rotfl:)

I haven't got anywhere on the view subtotal page to put anything about vouchers. I have input the offer price product number on the order page but when I go to view subtotal it has changed to the full price code. Very odd. Think I will have to email Avon

See aureol, as usual :T, has given a very full answer but in short just enter the voucher as if it's a product you're ordering.

(Make sure you/your customers are ordering the correct discounted code - some of mine put the wrong code on their order forms so the product was still charged at full price even though I'd entered the voucher.)

    Hiya,

I gave all my vouchers out to customers but I think some may not be using them. What's the code on the vouchers that I enter or are they different for everyone?

94896 - all vouchers the same and Avon don't want them back so you can be the ultimate 'indian giver' i.e. you give them away but if they don't use them then you can!:T

I had a few 'spares' so handed them out as Xmas pressies to some of my best customers. One of my customers has knocked £5 off two products in her order even though she only had one voucher!

Well for my MIL - 2 days after submitting her regular order, she had to submit an additonal order - it came separetely from her regular order. So I would assume that all additional orders come separetely from your main order (hers came by post) - as if they sent them at the same time as your normal order, why would it warrant the extra £2.50 charge for delivery?

lol, Marsden Cuckoo, why didn't I think of what you just said, "enter the voucher as if it's a product you're ordering"...lol. That's what I meant, just didn't think of the phrase.

In my old job, we used to have to visually explain things to people to make sure they had clearly understood... seems like I am still doing it... some habits hard to break. :rotfl:

I think Marsden Cuckoo, and I might be wrong, is asking if the additional order will be delivered this week, rather than after Xmas?

Off topic, does anyone know the name of the band or person who sings "girls fall like dominoes" - the XBox 360 add, it is the music to which the advert is set. I love that line, and would like to hear the rest of the song.

    TIA
