  • okay, makes more sense now lol, thank you! i think i might do that just got to get myself organized! Am i allowed to drop some brochures at the doctors surgery,, how could i do this, i was thinking maybe a flyer on each brochure to inform any readers who i was and how avon can benefit them... erm, not sure how to go about the order forms, maybe just place a load in the book its self,, no okay, maybe just a note telling the customer to give me a call if they wanted to order??? any body done this before? thank you! yasmin

I personally wouldn't just drop the books in without checking with your ASM or SL to see if it is someone's territory. I have a doctors surgery, a dentist and 2 hairdressers on one of my roads, and someone else is covering them even though it is my road - makes me soooo mad!!! As it has been said on here already, assigned territory is one of the things that makes Avon different.:T
  • eww never thought about mags+docs=swine flu lol my doc still has plenty. i sat there and flicked through a couple last week without thinking twice. lovely! ha ha

I have rvcd a voucher for a nokia 2330 and a couple of sim cards.

    Question:
Does anyone know if the handset is locked to the orange network or can i use my existing vodaphone payg sim instead?

Don't know about vodaphone sims but it wouldn't work with my Tesco sim. Am guessing that it will be locked to Orange but could be wrong.

PS: Oops, sorry, see others replied earlier to this.

No probs, phia; deffo no offence taken. My SL reckons I'm far too soft with my customers but I'm new to the area and feel the best way to build up my customer base is to make sure they get a good deal. (Am forever ordering from a different book and passing the discount on rather than keeping it.) Last campaign Avon 'stuffed' me by reducing a product from £15 to £7.50 in the next book. The customer is on my current campaign so had no option but to buy it at full price. When I saw how she'd missed out I included a free mascara and a £5 voucher with her order. She must've liked the mascara as she's ordered another one with her voucher, which I've already got in stock thanks to creative ordering. :T

Hi, I have just tested the voucher and it is definitely working.

You can only order products on pages 38-47 and you need to order using the pink voucher offer product number - it shows in black the full price code and in pink the discount code.

Then when you have inputted all your orders - you need to put in the voucher code and how many orders had the voucher code ie code xxxx number 5, save order, and when you view subtotal it will show either as free dependent on product or the discounted price.

Will find out shortly I guess but just wondering.... do we have any benefit to our order values by using the £5 vouchers i.e. does the £5/3.70 get added to our sales figures re. PC?

You might make associate soon though? We spotted earlier than OH is only £371.50 away from associate and has 8 campaigns left for this so should manage it no problem :)

    Taken from the Help section

President's Club members are the top 7% of Representatives, and getting into the club is a great accomplishment, which can be achieved by all Representatives with some hard work. Qualification for President’s Club runs from campaign 1 to campaign 118 each year.

In this part of the site all Representatives can see the progress they are making towards qualification and find out more about the rewards and benefits that achieving President’s Club brings.

Once you have qualified as a President’s Club member, you will have access to further parts of the site – with President’s Club news, exclusive offers and an online forum where you can chat with other President’s Club Representatives and exchange ideas on how to improve your sales even further.

As a new Representative, you can qualify for associate membership within your first 18 campaigns. This brings many of the same benefits as full membership – see My benefits for more details.

Depending what campaign you started in then you might still make associate? Unless you have been with avon for over a year?
