you put in the product number on the product order page as normal, so put it under your orders.0 -

Put the £5 voucher code number on the order page as normal and put in the number of vouchers you are using, ie 5, and when you go to view subtotal page, it will show you free or discounts.0 -

However, this is my third Christmas and the previous 2 have been no problem (barring the last minute rush, but even then, people have been very good about taking their orders). I sometimes wonder if all the advertising means that Avon is struggling to cope with the increased business :cool:

Grr - not had a good morning so far - we've had snow!!! - taking most orders this afternoon, but one lady had rearranged for this morning, I said between 10-11am she said fine. Now my customers know I come when I say I will - walked there in the freezing cold especially for her....she wasn't even up!!! And was too polite to ring her mobile as thought why should I - she was the one who asked me to come now, if she can't be bothered to be up then she can sodding well wait until this evening!!!!
And - this discontinued lipstick (Brown Sugar diamond glazewear lipstic[FONT="]k ) That I've been helping a rep with - I emailed avon to ask if they could suggest the closest match to a current shade...this is there reply:

Yes I know its discontinued you muppets!!! I said so in my email!!! I just asked if you could suggest the closest match for my customer to try!!! So have replied saying that was no help whatsoever and didn't actually answer my question!

I gave all my vouchers out to customers but I think some may not be using them. What's the code on the vouchers that I enter or are they different for everyone?0 -
Well I checked all my vouchers and they all had the same code on them!!! Can't remember of the top of my head though, but I wrote it down somewhere safe lol! If you get given even one of the vouchers by your customers/you have one already - it will be the same code!Avon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A0

i've got a question to ask.if i have customers who were on the back book but are now on the present one will there be a problem ordering seeing as only x amount of vouchers were sent with that original order?0

Unfortunately not - its on behalf of one of my reps customers - she gave her customer samples, and didn't realise this particular one was discontinued, and theres no sample left to match it up!!!! The only thing at the moment I can suggest is any of the brown lippys which doesn't help her much lol! I haven't got anywhere on the view subtotal page to put anything about vouchers. I have input the offer price product number on the order page but when I go to view subtotal it has changed to the full price code. Very odd. Think I will have to email Avon0
