I'd email her again and she'll resend the details for you x
Thanks; did exactly what you suggest and eventually found the reply in my Junk Mail box!
Am now having a look around; seems strange after this thread being my 'Avon home' up to now....Make the most of everything in life (especially Avon)

Hi
Avon has gone quiet so I'm door knocking today, Ive canvased the area a couple of times in the past but it think knocking on the door will be better.
Any advice?
Thanks
Big smile on your face and go for it! :T Knock on every door in your territory, apologise for disturbing them and just ask if there's any interest in Avon (holding up your book, of course)? Some will say No immediately, some will hesitate (in which case re-assure them that they can look for nothing, no obligation whatsoever, there are always some products on offer that are cheaper than on the High Street and that you'll be back on ........day to collect the book again so even if of no interest they won't be left with any 'rubbish') and hopefully some will light up with delight and say 'Yes please!!' Whatever reaction you get, keep that big smile on your face and thank them for their time.
Good luck.Make the most of everything in life (especially Avon)

Laura's post made me wonder...... Do things usually go quiet this time of year? Have just qualified for Associate PC so generally doing OK but last week I had three requests for either no further book or no book until May. Was also surprised to note that last campaign I only had 3 orders from the 70 houses in my given territory (16 customers there) and one of those was for 99p!
Betterware also well down this week too although I did find two new Avon customers by chatting when delivering B. :TMake the most of everything in life (especially Avon)

Not sure if it is going quiet or not .... I'm picking up my first batch of C6's tomorrow.
In the meantime, I was supposed to be canvassing my road (brand new estate so not been allocated to anyone), but haven't done since Christmas because it was a bit of a 'mare - not all the houses were lived in, and practically nobody had a house number so I couldn't keep track of who had had a book. Anyway. Went for a wander round a couple of weeks ago and most houses seem to be lived in, and there are some more house numbers, so I decided to recanvass.
Went to pick up the books again last week, and ...... hey presto have hit MOV just from that (very) quick walk around 20 houses!
Aw, what fabulous people I live next to!!0 -

It works quite well. I used Twinnings tea bags which come in little paper sealed envelopes and I did a voucher with it too (ie spend £15 get free gift type thing)

Hi everyone, if you get LoveFilm I think they are doing vista print vouchers! We got one for a .79p 3 line stamper which I want to get for order forms and also good deal on biz cards.
Also, I already use streetcards.com they are available in the UK as well as US. Check out the Blog Cards they are super hilarious  most are probably not appropriate for AVON though. They are always doing deals at SC so sign-up for email offers
In other news, my ASM came by today. She dropped some C7 brochures and showed me how to enter orders. I wish you could enter your customers names and keep the orders seperate as it just lumps them all together. How do you all sort out who is getting what, do you make a seperate spreadsheet? I was thinking of doing a spreadsheet just to keep track of where/when I drop books.
On the question of my territory she did assure me that the note I got was probably just because it was a friend. She also assured me that the immediate area all around me is clear and there shouldn't be anyone actively working the streets we agreed. So fingers crossed. I haven't got many C6 books to drop now so can only do about 12 more houses before order day.
So far only at two orders totally £32 1 is a friend and 1 is drop. Hoping C7 will go a bit better
Another question, do you have to order the HT brochure or do they send it with your order?
Thanks for all your help/support as always0 -

With regard to your existing customers, give the details to your ASM. They'll be delighted to immediately reassign your territory, I'm sure.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0 -

Either way - the area would need to come from the area manager. Unfortunately us SL can only request territory for brand new reps, before their account has been loaded. Once the account has been loaded, then it has to be done by the area manager. But there won't be any problem getting new territory wherever you move to - when it comes round to it, just ask whoever signed you up about it and they'll be able to sort it from there.Avon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A0 -
I am furious with my asm.
I have asked her for territory and she gives me some then after I get it and canvass it always belongs to someone already. She has no idea what she is doing.
I sent her an email to say the latest one she gave me is already done and she had the cheek to say she had better come round and show me how to earn more from the ones I already have as I should be earning more!!!!.
I have had this territory for 2 years and know everyone on my streets as I live there and am always out and about.
I have done my streets and this patronising **** is trying to tell me how to do it because she can't be bothered finding out where everyone does.
Grr, sorry to vent but feel like telling her where to go.Life is not the way it’s supposed to be. It’s the way it is. The way you cope with it is what makes the difference.0
