Congrats :) Trying to get oh to make associate, he's got 5 campaigns left to do it in, with average of £410 each camp...hoping we can do it! This camp hes having all the orders and I'm only ordering brochures which will help! I want to get the packs cheaper out of ht :D

Well done MC, and I am singing from the same hymn sheet too....lol. I was just pointing out that ASMs will sign someone into the current campaign because of their targets.

I took on 2 new reps, one had a week to submit her order, and she did so well, even she was suprised. The other only had 3 days, and I told her I would put her into the next campaign to give her a chance to get her books out, but still gave her C5 and C6 to help her on her way.

Actually this Rep has wanted to be a Rep. She did Avon ages ago, but no one got back to her from the website, and she does craft fairs, so she has a lot of potential customers, fingers crossed she does well.

Well, I am probably back to 5 reps, one I can't get hold off, so have a feeling she has stopped. Maybe even be 4 soon, not sure about another one, her order got held as she submitted C4 and C5 at the same time, but Avon wanted her to pay for C4, before releasing C5. Sent them an email explaining why she had done it and even told our ASM, but they refused to release it.

Life as An Avon SL is so exciting...lol.

Am confused, if you're SL then why the panic to get OH to PC to get books cheaper - don't SL's and PC's get books at the same price?

Hi, aureol, glad we're all like-minded. Your demise also makes me feel less of a 'failure' - the only two reps I signed up on my own have both resigned! I just don't have the 'bullying technique' of my own SL. :rotfl: Good luck with your craft fair lady, sounds like could be really good for you. :T

Think lozza means the product packs in HTs where PC reps usually get them say £10 cheaper.. :)

I just dropped 100 books to my regulars. Ran out though as need 105! so hoping i can retrieve some from f+f in next day or so!

Need to get motivation to put the slips in and drop the other 200 of my books to non-regulars and new territory... dunno if i can be bothered though!:o:o:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Well done johanne, you are doing soooo well.

You motivated me to drop books to my territory, and think about looking for new reps, as my ASM will not give me any more territory even though there is a little left where I am.

Only just had a reply from my asm...

"There is nothing we could do to stop her from covering her friends and family. I have told her that the street is covered by you so she does know that. I will go and visit her and take it from there."

Really don't know what else I can do... I think just plough on and wait for her baby to come and see what happens. I might put a note on the front of the next campaign to the effect that I am the official rep for that street...

(((Winsones))))) you keep plugging away at your road and make sure everyone knows that is your road, and you are the official rep. They might get fed up with the other Rep and stick with you, or when they see you are consistent, regularly visiting them,e tc, they will make sure they only order from you.

It is so horrible when something like this happens.

plus if you knock and put in the efoort they will see that she is being petty...not you. DONT SLAG HER OFF IN FRONT OF THEM, she may say stuff about you but take the higher road. Name calling will get you nowhere xx
