i keep applying on the avon website to become a rep and no one ever gets back to me, ive been trying since 2006, actually someone did come round once and mad e a appointment but never came back and that was 4 years ago, any ideas as i really want to do something0

I sent back 3 boxes of returns - a lot of christmas stuff that was unwanted and people used the 90 day returns rule. I thought nothing of it BUT Avon have only credited me for one box totalling £85 which is £200 shy of the actual returns total! :mad: I haven't
if you put a returns label on each of the 3 boxes and made a note of the 3 bar code numbers, you will be able to give the details to customer services and put the ball in their court.0 -

Winsones - Please do not let this girl take your territory!!! You have worked hard to get the customers you've got. We all know how much effort we all put in to get the customers we've got. If that happened in my territory I would ring up my customers and explain to them the situation and ask them that if they are happy with the service they get from me if they can just let this new girl know that they already receive a brochure from somebody already and they do not want her to put a brochure through their doors. She would have to respect that.

Hi Poppet; thanks for this advice- I did just that, and emailed my ASM, and Avon have now released my order for delivery.... I can honestly say that I sometimes wonder..... I feel very much like I'm in a medieval play with these people sometimes " you are the peasant rep and you will make us money" - grrrrr.....:mad: :mad:
But anyway all sorted.... got to start prepping books for weekend drops. My territory has been expanded somewhat so I'm intrigues to see how this turns out

I've just been looking through Hello Tomorrow C 9 (order online in C7) and the new brochure bags are in there. It says they're bigger, stronger and re-sealable and a pack of 50 is 80p.
