  • I am just in the process of setting up my own facebook group but am unsure on what we can actually put onto it?
Can we put what we like if we have a statement about the views/opinions being made by ourselves and not from avon?
    Any help would be appreciated,
    Thanks
    Becky.

I dropped 30 brochures on my first camapign and got 1 back!!
I couldnt believe only 1 person used my bag and left it outside, I dropped notes in the doors saying again please leave them out and nothing!

I dont do door drops anymore as I cant afford to keep spending money on the brochures every month.

I think your last sentence is the key, people don't realise that you've paid for the books. They'd probably leave them out if they did. Perhaps that is worth a handwritten insert ?

  • Hiya,
When you sign up to be a SL do you get a different website to log into ir is it the same as the normal one we use? Also if it is a different site what is Different on it?
One more thing - how long do you get to sign your first 5 recruits up?
    Thanks

    Hi happy

when you register with your SL/ASM to become a trainee SL, until you hit 5 reps, then you become SL, you still log into the same website, but you will see that it changes. It has a lot more information for you as a SL, reporting info on your team, access to your team's accounts, info from Avon about being an SL, access to the SL Forum.

It is upto you how long you take to recruit your first 5 reps, but I would recruit as soon as possible, because you don't earn anything from your team until you have 5, and you get bonuses for having 5 in your team. If you sign up 5 within your first 2 campaigns as SL, you get an additional bonus.
  • I dont think there is a time limit though you wont start earning anything back until you have 5 placing orders and are hitting a target yourself (cant think what that is off the top of my head).

You order on the same site that you usually order on though it changes over to a SL account so it has more options ie the e-guide, SL forum, order/team management. You can also apply for your own personal website for people to apply online and get sent straight to you, though you need to advertise it through facebook/email/text/flyers etc whatever you can think of.

Well im signing up number 7 today, 8 tomo (if shes free) and 9 at the weekend hopefully. whoop whoop

I don't go on the SL forum much, I find the layout a bit hard to read. Lozza recommends Flissys, and I do prefer the layout and the ease of findinging information.

The only training pack I got was..... none....lol

There is an e-guide online, but I haven't had a chance to sit and read through it all, although I need to.

Am about to lose another Rep :( she is fed up with not making any money and thought it would be a bit easier than it has been.

But to be honest she really hasn't made any effort since she joined, even though I kept offering to go out with her and help.

However I have asked her to give it one last go and on Thursday am going to go and help her do a book drop. Hopefully fingers crossed we will get some customers out of it.

One customer said the handle snapped on her tulip bag but has not returned it for refund or replacement and my poor rep has been texting and calling the customer at her own expense. Thoroughly fed up now.
