ah yes i tried that before posting on here but put www.myavon.soph...co.uk rather than the other way round. Thank you, not a big deal just wondered if there a difference between the two but obviously not x

Well this afternoon I text pretty much everyone in my phone asking if they/they knew anyone who wanted to join my team and i got 2 'i do!'s back whoop whoop.

The only problem is one has ALOT of reps nearby so any territory is few and far (away) and the other is close to me which is developing so there is POTENTIAL but at the mo most of it is covered or undiscovered as its not mapped. So alot of walking and discovering to be done by me/my AM asap. BUT still 2 extra making my team up to 8 whoop whoop. be proud. noone else is lol

Congrats! Depending on how many people they know they could well just be friends & family reps, especially if they work/go to clubs etc as that would give them a bigger network. Depends on how much work they want/how much they want to sell, they might be happy to just sell a little to be able to get themselves products at a discount.

Yes thats what im hoping. I know of a few streets in my area but offered those to a new rep a few camps ago and she still hasnt canvassed them and wont respond when i contact her. I signed someone up on one of her streets but had to tell the new rep she couldnt use it because of the other girl. She still hasnt had a book though. oh well

I'd send her a text & email saying that if you don't hear back from her by x date (give at least a couple of weeks just in case she is on holiday) that that road will be re-allocated with her not canvassing it. Not fair for the people living on that street not to receive an avon brochure, and not fair on another rep that actually wants to canvass it!

I've not been on this group for a while I'm looking for some inspiration. The AVON hasn't been great lately so I'll have a read through and see if any of you have any good ideas.

Just a quick question, emailed my asm earlier today as once again been met with 'lady at no x, delivers here' funny as rep is f+f and has never dropped a book through my letterbox in last 3 years. Anyway I listed a few streets I wanted to canvass but it appears she's away for the next 2 weeks. Can anyone see what streets are free, should I knock on a few doors and see if anyone already has a rep, or should I just be patient and wait.

I would be inclined to say wait until your ASM is back. The rep who went knocking on my territory upset my customers, and I have lost one as a result. I know it's hard especially when you are itching to get on, but it will be worth it when you have designated territory.
