Does the stock level only show up when you submit the order or when you put it on the form and save it for later submission?

When you have submitted your order, it show a green tick, if stock in, a yellow for possible out of stock or alternatives and red for no stock.

It doesn't show up until a few days before your order is due - we have a while yet before it will show up. When you view your saved order, it will show up on there - don't worry about the orange dots, as items with those pretty much always turn up, its just items that show as a red cross that are out of stock (mostly happens on sale / clearance items).

Well I hope if they haven't got any more by the time my order goes in that they send something pretty impressive as replacements! What sort of stuff do they usually send if thats the case?

Only ever been sent one replacement item before, customer ordered a clearance shower gel, and was sent a current shower gel in the same size instead. So hopefully the alternative for these beauty bags will be pretty close, I would hope some kind of Anew product but I suppose time will tell! Sometimes being on a later mailplan can be helpful though, as by the time our orders are due in avon may have received further stocks.

As long as they send something close to the original item it should be okay, don't want returns just because of a free gift bodge up!!!!!

For the anew items they are sending gold replacement bags. I will know on Tuesday what exactly is in there.

They must be getting rid of all of their leftover bags - the replacement ones that they sent me are black with silver flowers on!

What was in them? Was it the same items just a different bag?

It was backordering on C5.. my invoice says they are to follow..... BUT some presidents club reps are getting the "totally out of stock" letters in their deliveries.so im not sure!

Oh and im getting a gold bag too for the ultimate 50+ bonus bag too.. theyre obviously using whatever they have spare! LOL
