Hiya, good evening.
Its my first order, and i'm upto 138.00 of customer orders, and 7.60 ish of stationary/brouchures.
My HOV is 148.00.
do the stationary sales to myself count towards my hov limit thingy? The reason i ask is 20% of 138 is 27.80 and 25% of 148 is 37.00
So if my brouchures etc count spending 3 pounds more on something for myself will actaully earn me 6 pounds more?
Anyone know if rep stuff like samples count towards the HOV figure? thxJulie0 -

However, I have another question now!!
When I view the estimated subtotal page it says my total of products is £52.85 and the total of products with no discount is £14.45 which makes a total of £67.30. It then says that my total earnings is £10.57 which doesn't make any sense as I thought I had to have an order of £78 to earn any commission??
Wild guess here but.... does your order include any of those lippies 'charged' at £8 rather than the actual cost of £4 inc. £1 commission? Not normal for Avon to do that; could be wrong but maybe that solves your query?Make the most of everything in life (especially Avon)

Can I ask a huge favour. Does anyone have the jewellery set on page 183 C4, 15503? If you have bought it for yourself, would you mind selling it to me or letting me have it and I will send you a replacement next week?
Reason I am asking my Rep, the lazy one, has a customer who has to have this set for the weekend for a birthday present and would like it by Friday. If we can deliver this customer will become a good customer for my rep and hopefully spread the word.
Thank you.
Sorry, can't help but well done you for supporting your team so much. :TMake the most of everything in life (especially Avon)

Could be wrong but I'd think yes.... Apart from that, if you ever fall just short of HOV then I'd assume it's worth ordering something on spec or for yourself? Logically, provided it sends you into HOV then it should result in either free product(s) and, of course, if not then you can always send it back for refund anyway..... Win win situation yes/:Tno?Make the most of everything in life (especially Avon)

Thanks but there's no lipsticks in my order. Just wondering if maybe my MOV is £52 like someone said earlier on the thread? Avon reduced the MOV for camps 1, 2 and 3 of 2010 to £52 to help kick start earnings. From camp 4 the levels returned to MOV £78 and HOvV £148.0 -

Don't worry the date is the production date, there is usuallyy a pic of little tub with 12M or something similar, that means you have 12 months from when it's opened.Avon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A0 -

if you look on the previous page I explained. You need to add together the prices it says on the subtotal page to give you total order, avon splits it down to the cost of products, and then your earnings. You'll probably find if you add the two together to comes to more than mov of £78 which is why you've got your discount.Avon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A0
