Order due in today. A rep of mine wants to order over the phone. what time does it have to be in by?

10pm same as for the Internet. Only postal orders need to sent of before, as they need to received by Avon in time for the 10pm deadline.

Thanks Aureol - I thought it was the number of people who have had brochures!!! Bet Avon are wondering how on earth I have so many orders and yet so low order values!

sorry Clare but :rotfl: if I put this number in my ASM would be like... so where are all your sales then?

I wasn't sure either so I tend to put a guesstimate in between the two! (Did wonder whether it was to check against the amount of brochures you order.)

An earlier poster mentioned that the no. you input is actually used as/when Avon send out freebie samples..... in which case, maybe it's better to input the no. of brochures you hand out rather than orders you get back in? Hmmm....

lol MC - good idea but being SL, it shows on my stats for each of my reps, customer orders and customer numbers, so if they put 20 customers but only had an order for £5 I would be wondering...

Mmmm, strangely my ASM doesn't seem to have picked up on this!!!!
Ah well, I'll put it right this order.
And then I expect she'll pick up on the drop in numbers!!

Good point - does this explain why we both got loads of regenerist eye cream samples which nobody else got?? !!!

ah but I know what it is clare, every time I ask for more territory, she looks at my customer count and sales and refuses. she just tells me to buy more books.

I got about 12 samples and even though OH's account was supposed to be cancelled got about 12 too, for the regenerist eye thingy.
