Reverting to someone's earlier moan about their customers missing out by not getting C5 until after Mother's Day, this applies to my F&F group who are on my back campaign. Came up with the idea of doing a 'book mark', which I decorated with a metal star (reduced at Tesco yesterday) to draw attention to it - along the lines of.....A V O N

Re Mothers Day
My camp 5 gets delivered too late for mothers Day, so I'm using camp 4 for my Mothers Day promotions.
I have:
*Put a bit of blurb about mothers day in my usual camp newsletter and run over it with hilighter pen.
*Used the "message" section of the order form to hilight the date of mothers day
*Stuck little page markers onto the pages where there are nice gift ideas and folded the pages over so they stand out.
*Offered free gift wrapping on anything purchased from camp 4 as a gift for someone.0 -
Hi
I am a new Avon rep just started up this week. I've delivered half of my books already but made the fatal mistake of not noting down where I'd collected books from and who wasn't in. On my next lot I've written the address already so I can see who is placing an order and who isn't. I was wondering if you had any advice on how to start properly and how to make the most out of my sales? I'm going to take all you tips about holding a party and already have two planned with family members who are going to bring friends.
You're advice is fab so don't leave lol!
Thanks0 -

Hi Avonbeginer
I seem to remember making a simela mistake on my first campaign - its the kind of mistake you only make once
I think alot of new reps underestimate the usefulness of the calling book when they start. I find my invaluable because, without the calling book I would have no idea which houses i had visited and who was worth calling on again. In fact I tend to order a new calling book every other camp and re-write it all out so it dosnt get too scruffy and illegible.
My tip for you is to take a little a bit of time to chat to your customers when you drop off their order or when you deliver their books. It makes such a difference, if you can befriend the customer you are more likely to get repeat orders. And always always always go back when you say you are going to.
Good luckk with it0 -
Really stupid question but the amount that people put for their campaigns is that what they make all together or the commission they are earning?? I've only just started as you may guess x0
-
Thank you very much! Think i am going to try using samples on the next campaign and maybe highlight that it is mothers day this time to try and boost the earnings...x0

If they have a credit limit of £200 then they can get sales of that with 25% on top before they need to pay anything - as once their 25% discount is taken off then it will be £200 to pay avon.
so £250 in sales...? or am i being dim lol. sorry and thanks lozza lol xcamp 12=£443 13=£425 14=£277 15=£474 16=£492 17=£438 18=£437 1=£319 2=£153:o 3=£220 :jSALES LEADER:j4=£202 5=£191 6=£167 7=£193 8=£216 9=£211
