Made a start on todays list - I will be requesting 2 stars from Toots (I will, I will, I will)!

Christmas tree is up:j! More decorations will go up through the day :j:j

This depressed girl is feeling upbeat and positive today (bet you couldn't tell;)). These are the days I make the most of. My goal is to have more "up" days and less "down" days. Ultimately to have 99% "up" days. I am challenging every negative thought that I have and trying to find a positive one to replace it. The tablets are helping but I'm still getting tremors and easily tired. Some of the tiredness is through the constant emotional challenging but I'm determined and it will be worthwhile!

    Anyhoo, 'nuff waffling from me!

I've not been able to read though the thread so am sending positive vibes and get well soon wishes to poorlies.

Hugs all around and extra special ones to Toots and Lady-L - mwah!:A:A

Please don't go wasting any time on it, i know in the end we'll get it sorted as they can't just take money for a child thats not his. The MP can sort it. Give him something to do.:rotfl:

OK - but I might just have a sneaky search about anyway. That news clip that Greenbee posted was quite depressing really - at least the stats were. I do wonder if there's scope for the incorrectly named father to sue the woman after it's proved he's not the father.

Hollyh - hope your little one gets better very soon.

Oh and those with a new Dyson - now you know why I always refer to Dysoning - it's soooo much better than hoovering!

Cold here this morning. And I have, rather depressingly, had to cancel my trip to watch Arsenal on Saturday. I checked the train times only to find that it'll take HOURS to get up there and back because Network rail are tinkering with the tunnel at Southampton so there are bus transfers in place.

That coupled with the fact that both kids are engaged all day and evening meaning the dog would be on her own far too long means that the hassles far outweigh any benefit I may get from 2 hours at the stadium. Never mind, there'll be another opportunity I'm sure.

Will fly when I get home...

Ds2 has woken up right as rain and says it doesn't hurt anymore. The swelling and redness has gone down completely . I'm tempted to give him some more calpol and let him go on the trip and take him to the Drs later. I'll tell his Teacher as well. Would that make me a terrible Mother?

Second thoughts he's said it's still hurting now, i'll keep him off. He won't enjoy it anyway if he's in pain.
