Evening all
Hope you are all ok ((hugs)) for those in need or who would like one
toots I know what you mean but he's also helped today so I am just going to try to switch off
crafty I am with you too, some people are too organised, the headless chicken routine is part of the fun
vanilla not an easy situation & I hope you manage to get it sorted asap
carol oh honey (((hugs)) I still go to ring my aunty at times, 6 years later
Did loads more unpacking/sorting/laundry, feel tired now. Need to sort clothes for tomorrow.
DP trying to upset me, he refused to eat earlier, said we'd wait until later & now in a wobbler because I have refused to buy takeaway. Don't think he believes how skint I am with buying his new viv stuff, probs part my fault as we've always had fall back money in the past but now I just literally haven't & he's not used to it. He did sort out the radiators earlier, he has been on about bleeding them for ages, pressure was all to pot too. Anyway I think I will leave him to his playstation, to stay up late then have another strop tomorrow as I can't be bothered with moods, got enough to worry about inc a DS1 up. Night night all xxOne day I might be more organised...........

Morning all,
I've been up most of the night with Ds2 complaining of ear ache. I've given him calpol but it didn't seem to ease it. His face and ear have been getting more swollen everytime i look at him. I phoned NHS direct and they advised getting some nurofen for children and waiting until the Gp surgery opens. As i was phoning around shops to see who stocks it ( not a lot at this time of night ) he finally fell asleep, so i'm hoping he'll stay asleep now for a bit then i can take him to the Drs as soon as they open.
I'm gutted though it's his first Nursery trip today, they were going to choose a Xmas tree for nursery and meet Santa. I just hope he's better for the Nativity, he's been looking forward to that for weeks now and doesn't stop singing the songs.0 -
Morning All
I'll let you all open your Advent calendars today for the first time.
Welcome to any elfs/reindeers who are joining us!
Vanilla - hugs - hope it gets sorted soon for you.
Rach - hope your chat went well - PM me if you want to chat - I think you've got my number anyway.
Last night I got in from work, cooked and ate tea, took DS to Beavers, nipped to MR Ts while he was there, came home, listened to him read, got kids in bed, put the Christmas play CD on my PC so I can learn the words and went to bed shattered.
Not going out tonight I don't think so will hopefully get some jobs done.
Right I'll go and find the list.
Have a good day all
Hugs

Holly - hope he's feeling better soon - surprised you couldn't get any nurofen as they sell it in sachets so you can buy it off the shelf. All our supermsarkets sell it and some of our local shops.NST #10 Steps 7K 2/30 10K 2/12 5 a day 3/30 NSD 0/20
