Hi everyone! Sorry I've not caught up yet, have been fighting with my computer all morning and watching videos. Just been out to collect my meds and got there two mins before the pharmicist went on lunch! Typical! Never mind, I put my prescription in and can go back later or on Monday. I made two ladies happy cos I gave them my parking ticket, I'd only used four minutes of it!

Just having a bite of lunch and then I will be washing up and doing some kitcheny things - this place is a tip due to lack of flying for the last few days, and I really need to do something about it! Really must not over do it tho, because have a very very busy weekend.

HHC at 1:10 - join me if you can!

    Aaaah thats so sweet

OK have been flying in the kitchen and the WM & TD are on with all the cushion covers/throws etc from the living rooms sofas. The bath is full of all the racks from the oven and doogie is waning to go out.

Now off to find a large envelope to post cards to LadyLib.

    Back later :D
Mortgage, we're getting there with the end in sight £6587 07/23, otherwise free of the debt thanks to MSE help!

De.nattom - do you mean the one on the grocery challenge, third post down here

    Huge hugs for Zoe.

Flying by the seat of my pants here - so much to do, so little time and zero energy. Number one priority is to post my sisters christmas present to NZ today. Urgent work stuff to do, need to go for a run before my bum gets bigger, school fair stuff to make.

Ooops! Just seen the time! Late for my own HHC! In my own defence I was catching up on fred. Got to p.51 now. Off I go!

Pigpen is your mum ok? Hugs to her

Big hugs Lady Liberty, I hope you are feeling ok now the scan is over. Roll on Tuesday, hope it’s nice news

    Hugs Jinky

Sunnygirl hope your DD is better soon

Hugs Wilf, I hate car clampers. They charge the earth. I hope the bridge jumper person will be ok

    Welcome De.Nattom

    Hugs Lil_me

    Crafty that is very annoying!

Grateful I hope you can get your water sorted, it must be stressful if that’s your only source of water

Hugs Hex – it’s hard on you both if DH has to work so much, because you don’t get enough time together. Can cause tension even when you know that he has to do the work because you need the money!

    Hugs Carlsberg

YES! Thank you Hex2 that's the exact one I was looking for.

    Cheers!

And don't worry about a going for a run to shrink a butt - you'll like having one of them when you have to sit on a wooden chair on Xmas Day, because there is not enough chairs to go around! I know, I've done it!

    morning all!

By tonight DD2 will be over half way through her mocks! Hooray! not all of them have gone well...but she has to learn that Facebook isn't revision!;)

I always tell students having a tough time in mocks that that is the reason we have them so that when it comes to the real thing they are better prepared. It would be great if computers would only allow access to facebook after x amount of time revising and for x amount of time
Dusty The biggest of hugs Sweetie......is there anything I can do? xx

That is so humbling with everything you are going through you truly are lovely. Thanks for the offer but there is nothing you can do but the fact you wanted to means so much.

Well done on the scanning Dusty - I hate it, am carp at it so rarely do it..
I dust the scanner though

    Feeling better?

A bit. An hour raking up leaves is good for the soul and the obliques as long as the sun is shinning.

Just refuelling with lunch. I think a friend is coming over this afternoon for a cuppa which will be nice.

crafty - treat yourself I'm sure you deserve it
Result passed first time so well chuffed for an 8 year old car
Please, it wasn't my fault - that kaz persuaded me.
Well done to your DH on sorting the car

It's difficult not to worry about you when we can see things on your list that remind us you won't always be around to nag us :( so we want you to look after yourself so that you're here for as long as possible. I don't want to be morbid about it, as you're so positive about it yourself, but we need you, and just occasionally we worry that you're going to wear yourself out faster than is absolutely necessary.

I really have to get up on time tomorrow, and I haven't been very good at it recently :o
Thank you, greenbee - you found the words to say what I had been feeling.

Re. getting up on time - I cannot believe how easily I was getting up in the summer - really struggling now. Even with my 'wake-up' light.

zoe - ouch!! Gentle hugs and healing vibes.
Carlsbergal - You are having an 'interesting' year. Plenty of informed advice been posted so I will send coping vibes.
pigpen - glad you got uni sorted and great news about the new house - will they be in for christmas?
L-L Hope you are feeling better today - no overdoing it.
jinks, dusty - grab a hug

Apologies to everyone I have missed.

Well Council visit went fine - really good chap who dealt with everything, sympathised with my frustration and generally dealt with me in the right way.

Now got all my presents (well apart from the apples and carrots) and since I need to wrap raffle presents for tomorrow might just keep going with the rest.

In that HHC, I washed up, cleaned worktops, put bleach down the loo, cleaned mouldy windowsill and wall. Things seem quite a bit better in here now. Have opened the window a bit to try and dry out the bleachy windowsill.

My friend has just phoned me in a panic. She's really stressed because she's being audited by the tax office and has been told she needs 6 years of accounts which she hasn't got. I pointed out that as she only started her business two years ago she wouldn't have them. The light suddenly dawned for her! :rotfl:

rosepink - well done on getting where you wanted to be with the weight and give in to the tiredness (I certainly have this week :o)
Thanks. Glad I've managed to do a few bits, but need to rest for the rest of the afternoon. Need to find something for dinner at some point! Hope you are feeling a bit more energetic soon, try to get a balance between rest and activity, as too much sitting about will make you feel more sluggish :kisses3:

    Zoe big hugs love xx

Wilf, glad you got the clamping thing sorted! That’s fab news! Great news about the holiday too!

Tooch well done on the weight loss

    Lady Liberty, thinking of you

Diva and Tris, thinking of you too
