As I said, if the figures are wrong they can be amended but you can't have them wiped out altogether as you implied just because they aren't a majority shareholder.

all i recall you saying is that they will be counted.

it's the bits you leave out that are quite relevant. not everything is as black and white as you portray. they are not unbeatable, especially when you quote "actual" law at them rather than their "interpretation" of the law.

They asked the accountant for year 2002 -2003 which would be Jan 2002 -Dec 2003 and the figure in the accounts are only £7500 .These weren't in my name also .

Have they maybe misled the accountant i wonder :p

back in 2003 the CSA reassesed me as having dividends but they have not calculated it properly .They said i got £23 k of dividends but that was for the year before (which i wasn't reassesed) but for 2003 it was only £7500.

Can i go back and ask them to recalculate

Were you assessed part way through the year?

exactly. their "law" doesn't always stand up to scrutiny.

and as i've posted many times. they are not invincible and it isn't all black and white. stand up to the fascists and hit them with facts and they crawl back under their rocks! :T
