dividends can be classed as income upon reqest of the pwc.

but only if the nrp is the majority shareholder.

directors are classed as employees though.

and if you are the director and majority shareholder, dividends can be used.

mmm. sounds like a monumental balls up.

it'll show up when you get your dp files.

you can argue it when they go for a LO.

once you get your files. compile your evidence and get your mp involved too.

I hope it is a balls up but i don't want to rock the boat when i was getting dividends but they were a lot less than the figures they quoted .They wrote to me on Feb 04 and back dated till Jul 02 and also Dec 03 and back dated it to Sep 03 .I had complained in the Dec 03 and they said that they had information that i received dividends and they couldn't override the system till after 31/12/03 .It took them till Sep 04 to go bck to my £5.80 pw .I calculated today it is excess of £11000 that was added to my never ending account with them .I have the persons name etc so when my complaints officer looks back the system it will be able to see my conversation .

Forgot to mention i'm a full time employee now so i have a nice DEO £759 pm but i have had a LO in the past and they netted £7k from the sale of my previous house

Yes CSA got £7k as they had took an order out on house after been granted a LO for wrong amounts .It has now came to light after me complaining for years but now i things in writing its a different story .When will they relise they have screwed up as im not going to sit bacl this time as i can fight back at them now as have more knowledge how corrupt they have been over the years .

Payback time as pwc has denied me access all these years and thought she could use me as a money making machine .After this is sorted i'll contest the LO granted and maybe go for a DNA test as the child may not be mine after all .
