Just updating signature with todays spend. 2 x 4 pints milk & a splurge on a Kinder Bueno that was calling to me :D so £2.54. Got my first weekly food shop of the month tomorrow but I have taken some things off the list as I have enough of them in the pantry cupboard where I put extra stocks. So biscuits, bin bags, fabric softener, pasta twists, long spaghetti & tin foil effectively 'free' this week :rotfl: I'd forgotten to check last week & ended up buying a few things that I already had in :o so I made sure that I checked earlier.

I'm also in the doghouse with the children as I forgot to get advent calendars - bad, bad Mum :naughty:

Thanks everyone for the support and encouragement. November ended £398.27 against a £425 target so pleased with that.

Please put me down for £450 for December to allow for a few extras.

Well did a bit better in Sainbugs this time - total was £27.98 but had healthy start voucher and £2 off voucher so actual spend £22.88. I've also spent £1.49 on baby wipes so total today £24.37. Doing ok so far. Should only need bread and milk again this week and maybe some F&V and eggs at weekend.

Have decided i quite like Sainsbugs - only been there cos had the £2 off vouchers, it's usually Mr T. But it compares quite well and has good value fair trade stuff and excellent value barn eggs (they don't do eggs from caged hens any more and price is not much different from Mr T's caged hens eggs).

    Will update sig now x

Grocery shopping tonight, I managed to get enough for my breakfasts & lunches for the week, and me & OH have dinners for just under a week I think. Grabbed a few bargains, including a Morrisons best Rum & raisin pudding, usually £3.65, for 35p!!
    I spent £17.65 in total :)
