Many thanks to the original poster. My hoovers arrived last Wednesday and they are brilliant. The upright even came with it's own Turbotool attachment which retails for £20 on it's own.
£37.99 for 2 hoovers and good ones at that.

finally got my ones after it being delivered to a neighbour who went away for the weekend and neglected to tell me!:rolleyes:
The little ones tool storage device is broken thoughcalled Empire they said 1st - they will re-order another one, replace the faulty peice and then return it for a refund ... not a problem, but they have sold out!:rolleyes:
Then was told to call Vax for the faulty part and Empire will cover all costs :T
Now, I am reading that the turbo wotsits may be faulty!:rolleyes: gonna open the upright and have a looksy!

damn, i have stored my vacuums in the loft, will have to go get them down to have a look at the turbo tool and make sure that tool storage device is ok on the small vacuum!0
