Is anyone having problems making a calla to a mobile number using 18185? I've never had a problem until a month ago and I now get a message that I have insufficient funds; there's no problem when I call landlines though. I've tried contacting their Customer Services and you're warned they only have a skeleton staff but it's been three weeks since I emailed them.0

This is exactly the same problem I have had so called primus and they said that its a problem with 18185 this message shouldnt be heard by the customer but its 18185 who havent bought enough credit perhaps this explains the skeleton staff. I sincerely hope that what i was told was a load of rubbish. As we are dfinitly in credit. I think our phones working again but will try tonight after 7.30pm .0

There is no contact number, if there was they'd have to pay someone to man the phones, that costs money and you wouldn't get the cheap rates you do with this group of companies. It's PAC not PAC Code, it's MAC not MAC Code, it's PIN not PIN Number, it's ATM not ATM Machine, it's LCD not LCD Display, it's DVD not DVD disc... It's no one not noone, It's a lot not alot, It's got not gotten... Panini is the plural of panino - there is no S!!(OK my English isn't great, the sciences, maths & IT are my strong points!)0
