Let us know how you get on lir
I was as good as possible at the party last night, given the enormous quantities of food that were around. I had a few bits and bobs and then forced all the cakes on everyone else so that they weren't there to tempt me anymore :rotfl: We'll see how the weigh-in goes tomorrow though - I'm not expecting any great results.0 -

Offcially its 1.5 kilos...but yet another new set of scales, and they match what my scales say is (from last week) a sts. My weight has been over 1/2 a stone different over the week, with sickness and hormones etc.
So....I think for the sake of the thread we'll stick with their loss, which is what I'm taking as official..though it will be miserble next week!
So, officially I've just passed the 7lb challenge. Phew! I'm content, and would be with a sts for rest of month but would be nice to lose another lb this week for a end of month weight sts...
maybe I can have a little eggnog at Christmas?:D0 -
I was really good last night despite the first of the xmas parties. I managed to avoid the nibbles entirely and restricted myself to one small glass of mulled wine.0

Well done you!! :T In only 3 weeks as well! Seriously impressive. That definitely deserves a treat or two over Christmas - not so sure about eggnog personally but each to their own
And well done Amanita too! :j0 -

This month I've weighed anywhere from 10st 4 to 10st 8 depending on time of day and how soon after the weekend indulgance I weighed myself.0 -
I was given a lovely box of chocolates for Christmas at work (I love chocolate) but I have decided to do something money saving and calorie saving: give them to somebody as a Christmas present.0
